It is important to know the list of documents required to fill MH CET Law 2026 Application Form before you start. The MH CET Law 2026 application form for 3 year LLB can be filled from January 8, 2026 to February 13, 2026. Earlier, the last date to apply for MH CET Law Application Form 2026 for 3 year LLB courses was January 23, 2026.

The application window for MH CET Law 5 year LLB will remain open until February 14, 2026. The last date to fill 5-year application form was Janury 24, 2026. The CET Cell Maharashtra will conduct the MH CET Law 2026 in two different session for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLb. The 3-year MH CET Law 2026 exam will be conducted on April 1 and 2, 2026, and the 5-year LLB exam will be held on May 8, 2026. Documents Required to fill MH CET LAW 2026 Application Form

Candidates must note that the list of documents required for MH CET Law 3-year and 5-year LLB are mostly same. Before filling out the MH CET Law Application form, keep the following documents ready:

  • Passport-size photograph (Recent, clear – JPEG format, up to 500 KB)
  • Signature (Black/blue ink on white paper – JPEG format)
  • Class 10 mark sheet
  • Class 12 mark sheet (If passed)
  • LLB mark sheet (for PG applicants)
  • Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD – if applicable)
  • Domicile certificate (if applying under state quota)
  • BPL certificate (for BPL category applicants)
  • Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)

Guidelines for uploading signature in MH CET Law Application Form 2026

  • A signature should be done by the candidate and not by any other person.
  • Use small letters and a flow of running hand.
  • The signature on the MH CET Law Admit Card 2026 and the attendance sheet on the exam day should match the signature uploaded in the online form.

How to fill MH CET Law Application Form 2026?

The Law CET Maharashtra application form 2026 for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB can be accessed on cetcell.mahacet.org and portal.maharashtracet.org. The MH CET for Law 2026 registration cum application form will have to be filled out mandatorily to appear for the MH LAW CET entrance exam.

  • Go to the website of CET Cell Maharashtra, cetcell.mahacet.org

  • Click on the CET Exam Portal tab. 

  • Click on MH CET Law 2026 3-yr LLB/ 5-yr LLB tab (select the tab for the course for which you want to fill out the application form). 

  • Now register yourself for the exam.

  • Fill in your personal details and permanent address details.

  • Enter your email ID and mobile number for registration.

  • Generate a password and complete the registration process. 

  • Now, sign up again by entering your application number and password. 

  • Fill out the form and upload your passport size picture and a scanned copy of your signature. 

  • Pay the application fee, save and submit the MHCET Law application.

Yes, there is a proper and centralized counselling process for MH CET Law, called the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). It's managed by the State Common Entrance Test Cell. The process usually happens in three rounds for both LLB 3-year and LLB 5-year courses.

The CET Cell has extended the MH CET Law 2026 registration dates for the 3-year LLB programme till March 3, 2026. For the 5-year LLB course, the last date is March 15, 2026.

You should wear plain and comfy clothes, nothing fancy or shiny. Don't put on metal things like belts or jewelry. Keep away from caps, scarves, or shoes that got thick soles. Only bring simple stationery, no gadgets or watches. Light color dress with few pockets help you pass security check fast.
