RIE CEE 2025 Exam Rescheduled; To Be Held on July 13 Due to Technical Reasons
The National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) has rescheduled the Regional Institute of Education Common Entrance Examination (RIE CEE) exam date. As per the notice released on its official website, the RIE CEE 2025 will now be conducted on July 13, 2025, instead of June 29, 2025. The competitive exam is postponed due to unforeseen technical reasons.
The rescheduled notification was released on the official NCERT CEE portal. All registered candidates are advised to take note of the revised date and plan their travel and preparation accordingly. What is the RIE CEE exam?
This RIE CEE exam is conducted annually to shortlist candidates for admission into various teacher education programmes like B.Sc.B.Ed., B.A.B.Ed., M.Sc.Ed., B.Ed., M.Ed., and B.Ed.-M.Ed. Integrated programmes offered by RIEs across India.
The RIE CEE application form was released on May 29, 2025, and the last date to register was June 20, 2025. Candidates who met the eligibility criteria could apply till the last date.
Along with the RIE CEE admit card, candidates must carry -
- Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, Driving License, Passport, PAN card, Voter ID)
- Passport-size photograph (same as the one uploaded in the application)
Without these, entry inside the exam hall will not be allowed. Candidates must also carry a copy of the application form printout and arrive at the centre well before reporting time.
