In view of COVID-19 pandemic, SBI has released new SBI Clerk 2020 exam day guidelines for the mains exam. Read below for the detailed exam day guidelines.

COVID-19: New SBI Clerk 2020 Mains Exam Day Guidelines
- Candidates should report at the exam venue as per the time slot mentioned in SBI Clerk 2020 admit card. Candidates should report atleast 15 minutes before the reporting time.
- Mapping of roll number and lab number will not be displayed outside the exam venue. The same will be informed to candidates individually at the time of entry to the exam hall.
- Wearing of a mask is compulsory while appearing for SBI Clerk
- Candidates need to wear gloves
- Candidates can carry a personal transparent water bottle
- Candidates need to carry a personal hand sanitiser of 50 ml
- Carry a simple pen, pencils, erasers and ink stamp pad
- Carry SBI Clerk 2020 admit card and photo ID card
- Before entry to the exam hall, candidates need to stand in a queue
- Candidates must have Aarogya Setu app installed on their mobile phones
- The temperature of candidates will be monitored before entry
- Candidate registration will be done through photo capture
- Rough sheets will be kept at each candidate desk
- Candidates need to drop the rough sheets, call letter, ID proof copy in the boxes provided at the exit of the lab/venue
SBI Clerk: Know about the IRIS Scan
This year, IRIS scan has been introduced instead of biometric thumb impression due to COVID-19. Candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam if they do not undergo IRIS scan. The IRIS of the left eye will be captured for all candidates. This is contactless.
General SBI Clerk 2020 Exam Day Guidelines
- Given below are few general SBI Clerk exam day guidelines that candidates need to follow.
- No calculator, cell phones, books, slide rulers, notebooks, or written notes will be allowed inside the examination hall
- Copying/misconduct/unfair practices are not allowed. Strict action will be taken against those found guilty
- No travelling allowance will be paid to candidates

SBI Clerk prelims result 2025 was announced on October 4. The result can be downloaded by logging with the required credentials. Shortlisted candidates will appear for the Mains exam.
