The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is accepting online applications for its BEd programmes. Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria can fill out the online application form till December 31, 2023. To fill the online application form candidates will have to visit the website - ignou-bed.samarth.edu.in/index.php.
While filling out the online application form candidates will be required to submit the filled-in application form with self-attested copies of their documents as specified in the admission form. After receiving the offer letter for admission candidates candidates will have to carry the original documents for verification.

How to Apply for IGNOU BEd Entrance Exam?
- Browse to the ignou.ac.in
- On the homepage, scroll down and click on the hyperlink titled "Advertisement for Admission Announcement for PhD July 2023 session, BEd and BSc Nursing Entrance Test for January 2024 session."
- On the new page, click on "BEd Portal Link" for the official link to proceed with the registration process.
- Click on "New Registration" to log in.
- Fill in the information and pay the prescribed application fee.
The application fee of the IGNOU entrance exam for the BEd programme is INR 1000, which can be paid through online mode. The test will be conducted for 2 hours to shortlist candidates for the BEd course based on the merit list.
The IGNOU B.Ed Entrance test application form is released in the third week of January 2025, and the last date to submit the application form is February 21, 2025. The application process for IGNOU B.Ed will be conducted in online mode. Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria can visit the official website to fill in the application form.
