Candidate must have good communication and writing skills in English and must have basic knowledge of computer science. or Candidates must have passed B.Sc. in Geology from a recognized college/ university with minimum 60% marks. Candidate must have good communication and writing skills in English and must have basic knowledge of computer science.
MBA/PGDM	Candidate who have completed 10 + 3 years Diploma +2/3 years pattern. Or Candidate who have completed 10 + 2 + AMIE + 2 Yrs of experience are also eligible to apply.
M.E./M.Tech	Boys and Girls are eligible to apply.
BBA	Both Boys and Girls are eligible to apply.
B.Com	Both Boys and Girls are eligible to apply.
B.Sc.	Medical Standard: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit for sea service under standard norms, should not be colour blind, with 6/6 for each eye separately. Candidates wearing spectacles are not eligible. The candidate must have a passport.
Certificate	Candidate who has passed Degree / Diploma are also eligible to apply.
M.Sc.	Candidate who has passed B.Sc. Degree with the mentioned marks in any subject of Life Sciences a recognized Indian or Foreign University are also eligible to apply.
UG Diploma	Medical Standards: Students should be physically fit for sea service (Medical examination will be conducted every time by the company medical officer before joining onboard ships) under standard norms with eyesight 6/6 in better eye, 6/9 without colour blindness in other eye as per the standard medical requirement to be conducted by Director General Shipping approved medical officer /MCA Requirement.
