To get admission in BA LLB at Delhi University, candidates need to qualify eligibility criteria. They need to pass in Class 12 or its equivalent from a single recognised board. Fee refund policy of Faculty of Law, DU is as follows:
- If a student withdraws admission before the last date of admission, full refund of fee with a deduction of INR 5,000 is given to the student. Refunds are initiated after admissions close and processed within 3 months to the original payment source.
- No refunds are given for withdrawals made after the last date.
- Admission Fee is not refunded if a candidate is found ineligible at any stage.
- Registration fee and withdrawal fee are non-refundable in any case.

Honestly, both DU and LPU have their own advantages, but I'd definitely consider LPU for law. I studied MBA at LPU, and one thing I liked was the overall campus environment, the approachable faculty, and the exposure you get by interacting with people from different backgrounds.
