The best university of Dehradun.
Placements: Our university has 455+ companies visit for placements, and placement drives are conducted regularly. The highest package received is 58 LPA by Palo Alto Networks. Tech giants like Infosys, IBM, Adobe, etc., visit our university for placements. Internship opportunities are available for everyone.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are nice, and the location of the college is beautiful. Wi-Fi is glitchy sometimes, but from labs to infrastructure, everything is perfect, classrooms are spacious and labs are well-equipped. The campus is surrounded by a serene environment and has nice weather all year round.
Faculty: The faculty is supportive and explains concepts clearly. They are qualified and have unique ways of teaching. Teachers are supportive of our choices and interact actively with students. They assist us with everything and always have our back. Personally, Assistant Professor Prabhjot Kaur is my favorite as she teaches us concepts clearly and has a great connection with her students.
Other: I choose this university as it has stable placement records and is situated in a peak location with less crowd.

The college environment and view side of the college are the best, and the courses are even better.
Placements: Though the college is good, the courses are much better. The highest package is 58 LPA and the lowest is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., visit the campus. The percentage of students who get internships in my course is above 95 percent, which is a huge amount.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is medium, and Wi-Fi support is even better. Hostel food is average. Basic amenities are available all the time. All the canteens are good and vibey. Rooms are decent, reasonably comfortable, and small, and security is properly maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and take extra classes for everyone. The college exams are not very difficult but also not very easy, they can be passed just by studying the notes. Over 270 faculty members are available all the time, and practical lab sessions are useful.
Other: Fests are held every year and are crazy. The connectivity in the hostel and on campus is very good, and extracurricular activities take place continuously throughout the whole year.

Good infrastructure, friendly faculty and study focused environment.
Placements: I'm not sure about placement yet because I'm a first year student. But I hope we get good placements from this college. You need to work hard and not totally depend on the college placement cell. Overall it's good.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is beautiful and good connected with nature. I like my design building it has a affordable stationery behind it. Hostel is good too. We have 3 sharing room. They are spacious and big. Cleanliness is also well maintained but the problem is Wi-Fi doesn't work. The study environment is good and rigorous.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly and experienced. I love going to my classes, and design classes are fun and creative. We work in groups and build social bonds. I love studying design because the classes are very fun and interactive. That's why it is amazing to go.

Hostel management for girls is disappointing. Faculty is really good and provides good placements.
Placements: DIT University provides placement opportunities through campus recruitment drives, training sessions, internships, & career guidance. Placement drives are conducted regularly. The highest package is 58 LPA, offered by Palo Alto Networks. There are more than 1,500 placement offers. Internship opportunities are also available.
Infrastructure: Mess food needs to be improved. The mess food is really not good. Sometimes, they do not change the menu every month. Security is maintained. The hostel in-time is 6:30 pm, which means students cannot go outside the hostel after that time, not even on campus. This is not good. Issues are not solved without asking the warden or staff two to three times. We need to ask them repeatedly to get basic problems solved.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching structure helps make students industry-ready. The semester examinations are not that difficult. The pass percentage is also good. Teachers conduct doubt sessions and help students with their other problems. Faculty is really helpful, and the teaching structure is really good.

I am not amazed by my college, but it is decent. Some bad things about it include the hostel food.
Placements: A decent number of students get placed in my course this year. Almost 60–70% of students get placed. The highest package is 48 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. Companies like Palo Alto, Microsoft, IBM Watson, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many others visit the campus. Students who are serious about their studies get internships in good companies. Roles like Senior Software Developer and Software Developer are offered.
Infrastructure: The classroom facilities are good. The hostel facilities are also good. The food is good, but the rooms are average. The wardens are good, but the head warden is not good. Medical facilities are available and are good. Sports and games facilities are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are good at their subjects. They are highly qualified. If we focus on studying in the classroom, we will understand all the subjects and gain proper knowledge. The course is relevant. The semester exams are moderate in difficulty. The pass percentage is also good.

Good view with peaceful, calm, and clean vibes.
Placements: I am not sure as I'm in the first year, but the placements for the fourth year don't seem to be that good. The highest I know of right now is 14 LPA, and many seniors are unplaced or are offered very low packages. There's also not enough companies for students.
Infrastructure: Well, the hostels are good and so are the buildings, but obviously, as it's on the mountains, it's a pretty small college. There's not much to play, not many sports centers, and the mess food is okayish. The hostel Wi-Fi doesn't work. You can't get network for most of the sims on the hostel's underground floor.
Faculty: Teachers are pretty helpful and qualified. The quality is decent, but of course, there's a mix of good and bad like everywhere. The curriculum is really outdated, not relevant to the current market at all, and semester exams are pretty easy. Only students that don't study even on the last day fail.
