DIT is the best university if you want to pursue higher education in Dehradun.
Placements: Nearly 40% of students get placed every year. The average package offered for mechanical engineering students varies from 3 to 5 LPA. Companies like Tata Steel, L&T, Mahindra, etc., came here (for mechanical only). On average, 40% of students got internships from various companies.
Infrastructure: DIT University provides one of the best campus infrastructures in Dehradun. The university has Wi-Fi in every block. Classrooms and labs are equipped with projectors for a better education facility. The university has a separate block for canteen, where one can get their favorite food.
Faculty: Teaching at DIT University is one of the greatest jobs. Teachers help students to understand concepts and help them improve their knowledge. Teachers are mostly IIT graduates and are highly knowledgeable. Teaching is one of the best things at the university. The course curriculum offered is quite relevant. It makes the students industry-ready.
Other: I chose it because of my interest in the mechanical department. It helps me clear all my doubts and fills me up with new concepts. A bit of practical knowledge should be provided. Events and fests are well organised.

It is the best college in Uttarakhand with a very good atmosphere for the students.
Placements: Computer science engineering is best in DIT College with above-average placement percentage. The average salary package offered is 3 to 5 LPA. Companies like Ashok Leyland, Wipro, Infosys and Unomind visited our college in the year 2018. Students must score above 60% in their academics at the end of 3 years without backlogs in subjects.
Infrastructure: Hostel of DIT College is good with the best infrastructure. The canteen is very clean and provides healthy and fresh food. Labs and library are also available here with the best generation of computers. Playing area is not good in DIT with two basketball courts and 2 volleyball courts.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful, knowledgeable and also help in placements of students. At the end of the 3rd year, students have much knowledge that they can sit in the placement and qualify their interview with a good salary package. There is no focus on practical as much it required.
Other: The one thing about DIT College is its location. Fest is conducted once in a year. The thing which has to be changed is that our college focuses on other companies other than CS and IT field.

Dear student sorry to say our eligibility for 1st counselling of B.Tech Program is 65% only.But you can contact us on our Toll free after the first counselling because as the results for this year of many Boards were not good so if we may reduce our criteria then we will let you know

Dear student yes the registration forms are available for participating in counselling but for registration minimum eligibility for B.Tech Program is 60% in class 10th & 65% in class 12th with 60% in PCME as well.But this is the first step for admission in DITU as after registering you have to parti
