As per the SOC report, placement rate recorded for this School was 62.3%. Highest and median package offered was 44 LPA and 6 LPA.

DIT University BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters at the UG level. The UG-level course is offered across different specialisations. Some of the specialisations in which the course is offered are Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. The university also offers lateral entry to BTech courses. The university admits candidates to the BTech courses based on JEE scores/merit in Class 12.

Admission to the BTech course is based on the JEE Main score or Class 12 marks. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. It also offers direct admission to the Class 12 toppers (10% seats).
