Good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: Maximum placements in the college were from the IT sector. The average salary package offered was 4-5 LPA. Three of our seniors got placed in Hike which offered a good package of 9 LPA. But, Hike did not visit after that. Since the internships are compulsory, almost all the students of different domains did an internship in their 3rd or 4th year, or sometimes even in the 2nd year.

Infrastructure: The location of the college is amazing. The infrastructure is good, and there are well-equipped labs and classrooms. The library is big, spacious and contains all the books that are required for the course. There is also a CCD outlet in the campus, apart from 2 cafeterias. Good parking space is available for those who bring their personal vehicles.

Faculty: Teachers are mostly M.Tech or PhD holders. They have good knowledge of their subject and are very approachable. Usually, chalk and board are used to teach, but new methods of using presentations are also being adopted. It is made sure that we make at least one industry visit during our tenure.

The college life was worthy, but not the college.

Placements: Placements in the college are not good for the students of the core branches like EE, ME, and civil. IT companies have recruited the maximum number of students from our college. A few good companies like Adobe, Dabur, Honda, etc., have visited our campus for recruitment. A few students were offered salary packages of 20 LPA. Most of the students were placed in companies like Cognizant and Infosys. Many students were not selected in any of the companies. The average salary package offered was 3-3.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college is always under construction. The campus environment is good. When we joined this college in 2011, the classrooms were not technologically advanced. They have provided whiteboards and projectors in the classrooms. I would rate 6.5/10 for the infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty members of the college are not good. If students are good at learning, they can study anyway. They are not even ready to provide us with practical examples. The college should work on its course curriculum and mostly on recruiting skilled teachers. Evaluation of answer sheets is liberal.

Other: The college organises events on time, and the extracurricular activities are great. The crowd was full of fun.
