Lab work is the best thing because it enhances practical knowledge of students.

Placements: The admission is based on the entrance test and both medical and non medical students can opt for this course and according to data available, Guru Nanak dev university is best for a chemistry course. Research field for chemistry is brilliant. As about internship, I don't know much.

Infrastructure: In Chemistry Department there are all the facilities available and there is seperate chemistry department library in department. There is several labs present in chemistry department for research work. In hostel there are facilities available like reading room, common room and canteen. The prices of food are average and good quality food is there but mess food is not good.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful but some are not but the staff is well qualified with Ph.D. degree and have full knowledge about the course. Teaching quality vary from teacher to teacher and student's grasping power. Course curriculum is relevant and overall teaching is good as compared to other colleges or university.

Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in this course. Lab work is the best thing because it makes the students good researchers.
