Yes, GATE score is required to get admission to IIT Bombay course. However, aspirants who have not qualified GATE can also get admission based on written test conducted by the institute. IIT Bombay cutoff 2024 got released across multiple M.Tech specialisations. Based on the Round 1 seat allotment, to get into IIT Bombay, students must score between 325 and, 750 for the General AII India category. In addition to that, For getting into M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, you must have a rank upto 750. Also, M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and M.S. by Research in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence were some other most competitive M.Tech specialisations at IIT Bombay. So, considering the round 1 cutoff, if you are seeking admission to Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, you must secure a minimum score of 325.

IIT Bombay offers two-year MTech courses in 39 specialisations under 18 departments. Admission to the course is based on scores in GATE followed by COAP counselling.
