The IIT JAM 2026 first admission list is out for the MSc course. Students have to pay the seat booking fee by May 30, 2026. Further, the window to opt for either an opening or closing withdrawal option will be open from Jun 3, 2026, to Jul 3, 2026.
IIT Delhi MSc Eligibility & Highlights 2026
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi offer MSc course in full-time mode across distinct specialisations. It is a two-year programme, spread across four academic semesters. IIT Delhi admission to various MSc specialisations differs. IITD MSc admission in Chemistry is based on a valid IIT JAM score, followed by a CCMN Counselling round. For MSc cognitive science course admission is through COGJET/GATE/JAM/NET followed by an interview round.
The admission process for MSc programmes begins will the release of the application form, which is generally released in the month of March. Aspirants applying through IIT JAM, have to apply for the same. Further, candidates seeking admission to an MSc programme at IIT Delhi must fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements. Applications of only the eligible candidates are treated as valid. However, the seat allotment is carried out as per the selection procedure. With 98.28 percentile in JEE first attempt, you can get admission branches, such as ECE, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering in DTU, NSUT, IITD, and NIT Delhi.
