Dreams come true here in IIT Delhi.

Placements: The lowest package is around 8 LPA, and the highest package for the MSc Chemistry course is around 24 LPA. The average package is around 14 LPA. Mainly Ed Tech companies are the top recruiters here, including Physics Wallah, Allen, Fiitjee, etc. Both industrial and EdTech companies come, and on average, 65% got selected for internships. Both foreign and domestic internships are available for the students.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Since the campus includes much more than academic blocks. There are big 3 playgrounds for sports activities. Lecture halls are pretty big. Wi-Fi is available all over campus, so no issues with that. Labs contain all important equipment which is missing in other colleges such as DU's. Central Library contains all important stuff that one can require. Hostel rooms are decent, but yeah, mess food is not that good, like it's above average. IIT Delhi Hospital is there for any medical emergency, with pharmacy shops and an ambulance.

Faculty: Faculty is very much interactive and helpful. They promote us to engage with the subject so as to get deep knowledge of it. All faculty members are highly qualified, and everyone has a foreign PhD degree. Their teaching quality is very good, to be honest. The course curriculum is somewhat hectic in IITs because of the high-quality faculty set up the semester exams. There are a total of 4 exams in one semester, which includes 2 surprise quizzes and one minor exam and one major exam. Almost everyone passes the exams; there is no such difficulty in passing.

Other: I am pursuing my Master's Degree in Chemistry because of my interest in chemicals and their synthesis and reactions. Although I chose this college because of its research work , which is phenomenal under such high-quality faculty. Some relaxation is needed in the course curriculum, but yes, it is the standard of IIT which makes it an IIT. Fests and events are conducted all over the year. With high number of crowd participation. Campus life is best in IITs. We make connections easily because many clubs and societies are there. The campus is situated in South Delhi, which has good connectivity. Extracurricular activities are promoted along with academics. Which makes it an all-round college or, we can say, a college of dreams.

Review of IIT Delhi - Indian Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placements are very less for Masters in the chemistry course due to very highly skilled and deserving candidates of B.Tech compared to us. Placements are provided for students with skills to compete with engineers. Apart from IT, there are courses like data science to help you get placed easily. 20-30% of students got placed. The highest package offered was 12 LPA, the lowest package was 6 LPA, and the average package is 8 LPA. Companies offer data analytics roles. It is a two-year course, so there is no internships for Masters students.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are the best in IIT Delhi. The department of chemistry has a lot of distinguished professors. One can use facilities to get the maximum efficiency. Wi-Fi is easily accessible. Common channel Wi-Fi and the department of chemistry Wi-Fi are available. Labs are well-equipped. The quality of food is good. Medical facilities are good as we have an IIT hospital and an ambulance to reach AIIMS Safdarjung Hospital easily. Sports games facilities are the best here.

Faculty: The teaching quality is excellent. Students get research-oriented environment. The course curriculum is designed to make students pursue PhD in future. Semester exams are comparatively difficult and more frequent as compared to other universities. But the course is well developed, and the education provided is good.

Other: Our batch has 65 students, and students join here after clearing IIT JAM with tough competition from many students. I love chemistry and wanted to pursue my PhD in this subject, and for research-oriented chemistry, I chose IIT Delhi. I love to explore more of IIT Delhi.

It has good infrastructure, facilities and placements.

Placements: I do not have an idea about placements because I do not do any interaction with seniors. But I heard that students who have good CGPA got an opportunity and got a job with good package.

Infrastructure: In our chemistry department library, many books are not available. It has some select books which are very difficult to find anywhere. The college provides a central library for every branch, and you can take every book from here. Classes will be held in LHC. Wi-Fi facility is everywhere inside the campus. The campus is very natural, and you will enjoy the most. It has the best quality in the lab. Medical facilities are available. BSW will organise so many games for students. Yoga classes are also provided for students, which are very helpful.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified and educated. They teach us very kindly and respectfully. They are very supportive and helpful. They interact with everyone. The course curriculum was very helpful, and they teach us very nicely. It is useful for industrial purpose also. Teachers are very supportive. You can also do the project on vacation leave.

Other: I have chosen this course because I like chemistry, and it is my favourite subject. The best thing about our course is you can learn everything thing which is very helpful for life. I wish the college should improve some topics like environmental and nuclear science in our course. Many events are organised at our college every day. Many students participate in different activities. Fest is also organised here. The campus is not very crowded. Scholarships are also provided for economically weak student.

Infrastructure and hostel life is good. There is a quality education.

Placements: Generally, after M.Sc chemistry course, students like to get a job in ONGC, IONCL, BRARC and Geoscience through GATE exam and get an average salary package of 14-19 LPA. Students also like to go abroad for further PhD study. Almost 80% of the students have this kind of future planning. For an internship, students go in different IITs, IISC, ONGC, IONCL and foreign universities through professor recommendations. They also provide scholarships of Rs. 7,000-8,000 per month for students who are doing an internship.

Infrastructure: There are two types of students, i.e., day scholars and full-time, so full-time students fill for hostel accommodation and get a hostel on the campus at admission time. The infrastructure of our college is good, and mess food has hygiene quality. Wi-Fi is good with 3-4 MS speed. The central library provides all type of books, and e-books are also available at the library site. The library is open for 24x7. Laboratories are good enough. There is a hospital on the campus, and if students are in any serious case, then they are directly admitted in AIIMS by IITD ambulance. All kinds of medical facilities are free of cost. For sports, there are football, cricket, badminton, tennis, basketball, hockey, weightlifting, swimming pool, gym, yoga and all kind of facilities are available with the guidance of a coach. In the hostel, day and night canteen facilities are also available.

Faculty: All the teachers in our college are well-qualified. They like to help in problems, but first, we have to give 100% to a problem; otherwise, they will not help. All professors are postdoctoral from well-known universities from abroad. The course curriculum is relevant, but it is lengthy. It always has a study pressure for IIT students. However, the industry has the first preference to students of IITs because work technics are given here. Teaching is also a passion of some students, so they focus on NET, JRF and lecturer exams.

Other: After B.Sc I have written an entrance exam of M.Sc in IITs called jam and got selected in IITD. It is the best place to pursue an M.Sc. Rondeous is IITD fest which is held in October with full of fun, and a lot of activities are there to do. Celebrities are also invited to events. The college campus is in Hauz Khas, and additional benefits to IITD is metro connectivity to the city. All type of goods are available on the campus.

This college is excellent for higher education.

Placements: Approximately 2-3 students from our seniors batch were placed. The salary package offered varies from 5 LPA to 8 LPA. Companies like Aakash, Byju's, etc., visit here for placements. Internships are always available, and students who are interested can do an internship. Students who are interested in pursuing a PhD outside India would get an excellent platform here.

Infrastructure: Facilities here are awesome. Labs available fully equipped where we have to work. The infrastructure of classrooms is excellent, and the department library is good. Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the campus. Hostel rooms are not that good, but and the mess is up to the mark. Medical facilities and sports and games facilities are excellent.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified beyond your expectations. Nearly all of them have there Ph.D. out of India they have emence source of knowledge though you may face problem in classroom as you need to work hard and match there level. Yes of course this course provide group of great chemist.

Other: I specifically feel comfortable in chemistry, so I chose this course. If you want to opt for a PhD, you have a wide scope of subject to choose. I wish that our college should increase placements for students who are not interested in pursuing a PhD. Events are always organised on our campus. You can choose an event in which you want to perform and balance your study accordingly.

IIT Delhi is one of the prestigious institutes of the word and that line is sufficient.

Placements: 1. Almost 90 to 95% placed in past year in various places like ONGC, BARC and in Ph.D. courses abroad. 2. The highest salary in our course offered 2 Lacs per month and minimum salary offered was 45000 per month. 3. ONGC 4. Executive chemist and SEE reserviour. 5.27 Lacs per annum, the lowest is 8 Lacs per annum and the average package is 11 to 12 Lacs per annum. 6. Almost every student can get this opportunity in various places like TIFR, BARC, IISC, IISER and abroad also.

Infrastructure: 1. Everything is well developed and each and every part of campus is secure for students. There is no problem in speed of Wi-Fi etc. 2. Mess facility is awesome they always take care of neutrients, diet and taste also. In food there are all things which are necessary for a healthy body. Large part of campus and hostel also is available for sports and extracurricular activities for personality development.

Faculty: 1. All the teachers are well qualified each and everyone having Ph.D. and post doctoral degree from foreign universities and they have more research experience. 2. Yes the instruments which we are using in labs are highly sensitive and advanced. That is sufficient to make a student perfect for industry.

Other: 1. Because I want to work with ONGC. 2. As there are number of students increasing so IIT should have to think about accommodation. 3. Lots of events takes place in IIT time to time so you can enjoy your life also with participating on that.

Satisfied by facilities and faculty but dissatisfied by placement.

Placements: Currently I am pursuing this course. But my seniors of this course got very less placement around 10% and package was around 10 Lacs. The highest was 15 Lacs and the lowest was 10 Lacs. Only two students out of 50 got internship. The problem is that our professors do not allow the students to go for job and the companies to come here for placement. They want more of them to pursue Ph.D. which is not good at all. Students should have freedom to do what ever they want. Top recruitment company is byju only which is a teaching based company.

Infrastructure: Facilities are superb. Free wi-fi, awesome labs, round the clock library and high-tech classes. Hostels are also good. Medical facilities are also good. IIT Delhi has its own hospital. We can get checked for free simply by showing medical booklet. There are facilities available for each support. We have a very big group. Separately each hostel has its own facilities. Overall sports things are best.

Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful. When ever you approach teachers for help, they will help to the fullest possible. As far as quality of teachers is considered, they are superbly awesome. They have very strong concept and research background. The best thing is that they are also very humble. Also they are good in teaching and use all kind of resources to teach us. Course is not oriented towards industry.

Other: I chose because of my interest in chemistry. It should be more application oriented. Fest of IIT Delhi is attraction of whole North India.

Dreamland of the dreamers.

Placements: To get placed need a good rank must be below 100 for general and around 250 for the reserved. A score of above 8 was the minimum criteria to sit in placement for interview. A lit of student got internship in various organizations in india including iisc Bangalore, tifr, barc etc. Also 2 were selected for internship in USA. There is a placement cell which a student can contact personally to know about the best available company coming to college and nearby places and provide recommendation for the same.

Infrastructure: College is built in large area covering all types of iutdoor games ground (cricket, basketball, football, hockey tennis badminton). A csc fully equipped lab with an internet connection of 56 Mb/sec for surfing and downloading movies. Various department distributed evenly for safe and easy access. A lecture hall complex (LHC) which is 6-floor building consisting g of 100's of rooms with all smart class equipment. Boys have 9 hostels in total comprising of a strength of approximately 8000 students, still a very good living place and a good variety of food available both in mess as well as various canteen. Each hostel contain a night mess of their own to feed students even at 3 am.

Faculty: Every teacher has done a double doctorate and has published lots of papers in reputed research organisation such as acs. Every teacher has a specific stream of study which he is skilled at and also provide project internship and Ph.D. under their supervision. A good 1:40 teacher to student ratio is there providing each student adequate time.

Other: Fest organised every month for relaxing students. Lot of sports and activities. Lot of public tours. Lot of muse and village and industry visits.
