IIIT Bangalore and NIT Trichy both offer admission to the M.Tech course on the basis of a valid GATE score, followed by a GATE Counselling process. Talking about the 2023 last-round cutoff, the closing rank for M.Tech in CSE was 480 at IIIT Bangalore. For NIT Trichy, the last round closing score was 637 for the same course and specialisation.
