Both the fields or specializations have good placement in this university. It cannot be clear said that which specialisation had better placement rate. The overall placement rate of the engineering department is very good. Almost 90 percent of students got placed here and 34 LPA was the highest and 6.5 LPA was the average package which was offered to the students. Also all the engineering departments whether electrical, machenical, computer Science etc. had very good placement rates.

The placements for BTech at Saveetha Institute of medical and technical sciences are decent. According to 2023 engineering placements almost 97 percent of students got placed, and around 1400 placements were offered. The placement rate of the Institute is very good and if the students work hard on his skills the he/she may definitely get high salary package.
