M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Environmental Biotechnology)

Candidate must have completed Bachelors Degree (B.Sc. or B.Tech. or equivalent) in Faculty of Science in the Subjects of Life Sciences, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Applied Biology,Applied or Allied Biological Sciences under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern of education.The Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Mumbai or The Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Technology / Faculty of Science of the University of Mumbai or of UGC recognized Universities with the background of courses in Life Sciences; OR (d) The Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Veterinary Sciences of the University of Mumbai or equivalent degree of recognized Universities, with at least mentioned marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade for General Category candidates, and Passing marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade for candidate from reservation category (as defined by University of Mumbai), from a UGC recognized University/ Institute.
