BBA at Utkal University is offered through its multiple affiliated colleges and a five-year integrated BBA + MBA course under the Department of Business Administration. Candidates who complete this degree course are awarded a BBA (Hons) and MBA degree. The selection in this course is based on scores in the Common PG Entrance Test (CPET) and academic records. Utkal University BBA application procedure is carried out in online mode.
Directorate of Distance & Continuing Education, Utkal University offers a three-year Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) in distance mode. Admission to this UG course is done on a first-come-first-serve basis. The seats are reserved as per the guidelines of Utkal University PG Council subject to clearing the entrance examination.
The University offers BBA + MBA integrated course with a course duration of five years. The final merit list of selected candidates will be based on scores obtained in the entrance exam. Candidates applying for admission into the BBA programme do not have to apply for any entrance exam to secure their admission. The eligibility criteria for admission into Utkal University BBA is a passing grade in Class 12. As admission into the programme takes place through the merit secured in Class 12, candidates can just take direct admission and do not have to sit for any exams.
For the Integrated course (BBA-MBA), candidates with a Class 12 or equivalent pass certificate in any stream of CHSE Odisha or equivalent with 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST) can apply. Admission of the candidates submitting applications successfully on time is confirmed. The top 100 students who submit their application within the due date get admission confirmation.
