Yes, VIT-AP University does offer an M.Tech course in a full-time mode with four semesters that can be completed within two years. Further, the university also offers two integrated courses that are inclusive of ten semesters, lasting for five years. Admission to the M.Tech course is subject to the VITMEE exam. Whereas, integrated M.Tech admission is based on the last qualifying exam.
The specialisations offered under the MSc course at VIT-AP University are Data Science, Chemistry, and Physics. The course are offered in a full-time mode lasting for two yers. The course fee of the BTech programme offered at VIT Amaravati ranges between INR 4.9 Lacs and INR 7.8 lakh. The university offers a wide range of courses to students at UG, PG, and PhD levels. Vellore Institute of Technology does not offer direct admission. It is necessary that you go through the course-specific selection rounds. For VIT Andhra Pradesh Amaravati admission, candidates are selected based on their merit in the last qualifying exam or entrance exam. - Candidates must first have a valid qualification, i.e., a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE from a recognised University/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% or first class.
- Eligible candidates must apply for the VITMEE exam conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology. Further, candidates with a valid GATE score also become eligible.
- After completing the entrance exam, candidates who have passed the exam become eligible to participate in the VITMEE counselling process. The seat allotment is done purely based on the merit rank of the exams.
- Now candidates are allotted seats and admission allotment letters will be provided. Candidates now just have to pay the VIT-AP M.Tech course fee to accept the seats and hence complete the admission process.
