Yes, VIT Andhra Pradesh University does offer a Bachelor degree programme as a dual degree programme with Master of Arts. The dual degree programme is offered in a full-time mode. The UG+PG level course lasts for five-year with ten semesters that combines core subjects with a major. However, the BA-MA dual degree comes with an exit option which allows students to earn different degrees provided they fulfill the credit requirements. After successful completion of three years with BA degree and four years with BA (Hons.) degree.

VIT Andhra Pradesh University BSc dual degree is a combination of two separate degree programmes: BSc and MSc. The dual degree programme is focused on Data Science.
Data Science is a multi- disciplinary field that uses scientific methods, processes, algorithms to produce knowledge & insights from structured & unstructured data. The BSc - MSc curriculum is designed in such a way that the students will be industry ready by the time they complete the course. - Candidates must clear the BTech eligibility criteria, i.e., Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for reserved categories) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board Mathematics /Statistics /Computer Science/Business Mathematics as one of the subjects.
- Candidates can fill out the application form for the VITEEE exam.

VIT-AP fees for the two-year MSc course range from INR 1.2 Lacs to INR 1.6 lakh. The course fee can be paid in two installments. Further, candidates must also pay an amount of INR 3,000 as a caution deposit fee, which is refundable. Candidates willing to apply for the hostel seat at the university must pay an amount of INR 2.47 lakh. VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is mandatory for admission to the B.Tech. Programme in Vellore Institute of Technology-AP (VIT-AP). Higher Secondary Board, JEE Main, or SAT scores will not be considered for admission to the B.Tech. Degree Programme. However, for some other courses, there is no entrance examination, and candidates are selected based on their academic performance.

No there is no chance that you get a fee reimbursement in VIT Amravati for the rank 144659 in JEE Mains because you took the admission so you have to pay the fee
But you can get financial assistance or scholarship later.
