
NATA 2026 counselling will not be held by the authorities of the Council of Architecture (CoA) as a common process. Qualified candidates will have to apply individually to the institutes of their preference for admissions based on their obtained NATA 2026 score. Eligibility for BArch Admissions through NATA 2026
- Candidates should have passed Class 12.
- The age of candidates must be a minimum of 17 years old as of July 31 of admission year.
- The candidates must have a valid NATA 2026 score, i.e., a minimum of 70 marks out of 200.

Candidates are required to secure minimum qualifying marks of NATA to be eligible. Total mark of NATA 2026 is 200. However, candidates will have to score a minimum of 70 marks to be qualified for admission. It is to be noted that qualifying marks are important only for qualifying for examination and being eligible for BArch admissions. The criteria for admission to BArch courses will differ as per institutes that candidates are apply.
CoA will not release the NATA 2026 counselling dates. No common counselling process will be held for NATA qualified candidates. For admissions, the candidates will have to individually apply to their preferred institute. The individual counselling dates will be prepared and released by the participating institutes. Candidates will have to check the counselling dates and apply accordingly to their preferred institutes.
For admissions into the preferred BArch institutes, the candidates should meet the basic eligibility criteria. If the candidates do not meet the basic eligibiity criteria for BArch admissions based on NATA scores, then their chances of admission will be minimal.
- The candidates should have passed 10+2th standard qualifying examination with minimum required marks.
- Should be minimum 17 years old as of July 13 of the admission year.
