NSAT 2026 results Declaration
Each NSAT 2026 scorecard will contain the candidate’s sectional and overall scores. Selected candidates will be called for the counselling. Candidates are required to show their scorecard at the time of document verification for admission.

NSAT is conducted for admission to UG courses, thus the minimum eligibility criteria is class 12 or equivalent pass. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50 percent in their class 12 exam. For, BBA, BBA LLB course, the stream of education can be ARrts, Commerce or Science. BTech applicants must have completed their class 12 from Science stream (with maths).
NSAT application fee is INR 1100. The fee is to be paid at the time of form submission. There is no fee relaxation for any candidate. Candidates must ensure that they pay NSAT fee before application closure to be eligible for the exam. The fee can be paid online.

No, NSAT or NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test is not mandatory for NIU admission. The institute also accepts CUET for technical programmes. If a candidate has CUET score they can directly seek admission to NIU through counselling. However, if a candidate wishes to appear for NSAT and use its score for admission, they are allowed to do so.
NIU admission process through NSAT includes shortlisting of candidates for counselling, conduct of counselling round and final selection. Candidates who meet NSAT cut off or CUET cut off, are shortlisted for admission and a provisional merit list is released. Selected candidates are then required to reserve seat by paying 50 percent of the semester fee. The remaining fee is to be paid within a month to confirm admission.
What After NSAT 2026 Result?
After NSAT 2026 result announcement, the institute will shortlist candidates for admission basis exam score and academic record. Selected candidates will have to reserve their seat by paying an amount for admission confirmation. They will have to visit university campus and complete admission formalities before last date. If they don't complete admission process on time, the seat will be offered to another candidate.

Yes, NSAT syllabus for BTech is based on class 12 chapters of Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology. The NSAT BBA, BA LLB and BBA LLB syllabus includes English and Maths of class 9 -10 level. Reasoning and GK are additional subjects.

NSAT BTech syllabus can be said to be same as JEE Main syllabus because it also includes Physics, Chemistry, Maths but NSAT syllabus is not as vast as JEE Main and the exam is not as tough as JEE Main either.
