Considering the NIT Bhopal JEE Main cutoff 2025, the top three most competitive B.Tech. branches for admission were Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and B.Tech. + M.Tech. in Mathematics & Data Science, with last round closing ranks of 10596, 16708 and 18092, respectively. On the other hand, the easily accessible branches with the latest round cutoff ranks of 24636 and 28610 were Electrical Engineering and B.Tech. + M.Tech. in Engineering and Computational Mechanics. 

NIT Bhopal BArch cutoff 2025 in the first round was 776, which increased to 1326 in the last round. For NITs, the seat allotment results till Round 6 were managed by JoSAA, while the additional three rounds were conducted by CSAB

NIT Bhopal Cutoff 2025 for OBC AI Category

NIT Bhopal CSE cutoff 2025 was 3141 in the first round, which further increased to 13843 in the final round. For the OBC category students, the JEE Main cutoff rank was more competitive for CSE admission in the first round as compared to the General AI category. However, for the last round, the general category had the highest competition among the Engineering aspirants.  

Candidates not eligible for CSE admission can also consider other specialisations, such as Electronics and Communication Engineering, with a lenient last round closing rank of 22370.  

For Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) and Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan), the maximum cutoff ranks required for 2025 admission were 3217 and 6865, respectively. Further cutoff information is tabulated below:

Comparing the General and OBC categories, the JEE Main 2025 cutoff was more competitive for CSE admission among the students belonging to the SC AI category in the first round. General category cutoff 2025 under the Home State quota is given below for admission to the BTech, BArch and BPlan courses at the undergraduate level. In the last round, the closing ranks varied between 11700 and 59054 for BTech admission. Of all the specialisations, the one with the lowest rank was Computer Science and Engineering, indicating the highest competition for admission among the Engineering aspirants. The highest cutoff rank was for Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, making it the least competitive for admission in 2025.
