Good college with an amazing scope in academics and other activities.

Placements: Deshbandhu College has an excellent placement record in the Chemistry department. Approximately 50% of the students got selected in placement drives. The highest salary package offered here was 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Pharma companies like Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Jubilant Life Sciences Limited, and Asian Paints visit our college for placements. The assistant scientific researcher post is offered by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories for 5 students. Asian Paints offered approximately 5 to 8 roles.

Infrastructure: Our college is one of the oldest colleges of Delhi University. We have an old building which is maintained well. There are 2 new buildings which are well maintained also. Another one is in construction and it will be ready by the end of August. We have a library, Wi-Fi, sports and games facility, NCC, NSS, many cultural communities, many societies, and many more. Labs are well-equipped with new apparatuses. We did not have hostels in our college.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, and they can deliver career advice to students from time to time. They are helpful. Every big seminar is conducted by our faculty members only. The course curriculum is relevant. You have to learn new skills along with the course to become industry-ready.

Other: I want to make my career in the research and teaching field, so I joined the Chemistry department. B.Sc. in Chemistry course allows you to make a career in pharma, research, and teaching field. Our college also provides some short-term research internships.

Faculty members are good except some teachers and the infrastructure is the best.

Placements: There was no placement for my batchmates. We have to choose a job or another sector own. The college does not focus on the placement of students. There is a placement cell society that brings opportunities to give jobs but they are not so interactive with the students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. There is a new park built behind the college. There is a canteen facility too. So many places for sports are available. The best library is located in this college where I spent so much time. There are many buildings for many departments and fully furnished.

Faculty: Chemistry faculty members are good but some teachers are very rude and they do not teaches us properly. I think 70% of the faculty members are the best. The rest are not so interactive and do not teaches us properly. The supportive nature of the teacher is very good except few.

Hey, It is one of the finest colleges of Delhi university. Faculty members of B.sc (H) Chemistry are very experienced and have a very effective learning. You get a great exposure in this college. You can take admission in this college.

Teachers are highly qualified and have Ph.D in their respected fields and having a work experience of over 20 years. It is not like another college that you can bunk classes, teachers were so nice that you will come daily and teacher will clear your doubt regardless of working hours or not, friendly
