I am very satisfied with this college.

Placements: Placements are very great. Top roles offered are content creator and digital marketing. Many internships are provided to cover all the expenses. Internships have so many opportunities to enhance our resume and abilities in terms of many aspects.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not working. Even the hostel isn't available. The campus needs Wi-Fi. There is no network at all but it is also fun to manage. You can understand the rest everything is perfect. There are no issues with faculty, crowd, environment, canteen, etc. Classrooms are just awesome. It's great.

Faculty: Faculty members are amazing and you can opt accordingly. The curriculum is amazing and Delhi University life is not a joke. You can learn and earn. Members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Semester exam is very easy to crack. The minimum pass percentage is 65%.

Amazing academic atmosphere!

Placements: I have just taken admission in this college, so I am not aware of the placement packages that students get through here. But I know that Life Sciences, there are many opportunities, since there are three different core subjects of Botany, Zoology and Chemistry. This gives room for very diverse opportunities in workplace.

Infrastructure: Hostels are not included in our college. But all the Chemistry Botany and Zoology labs and such are well-equipped with all the test materials and equipment in mint working condition. All the computers in the lab also have all software for the course and strong internet connection.

Faculty: The teaching quality is just terrific, they have been so helpful in solving all sorts of queries about the course structure and studies and extracurricular aspects. The syllabus for all courses is very specific and well structured with all the necessary aspects for a well oiled education.

Great campus and infrastructure.

Placements: Since I am in first year right now I don't know much about placements. But most of the students go for further studies. Internships are provided from second year itself. We do have a placement cell of our own and many good companies are associated with it. From the reviews that I have read, the placement Statistics are quite good.

Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are great. Most of the equipments and apparatus for lab is provided by the college itself. Hostel is not available in our college. The campus is really beautiful with a lot of greenery all around. The food available in the canteen is great. Apart from the canteen, the campus also has a nescafe available.

Faculty: The faculty for my course is quite good. They are very helpful and provides with notes and all kind of help. A new course curriculum has been initiated from our batch which is nore practical and research based. The semester exams are not supposed to be very difficult.

Good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: Placements in Science courses are comparatively less because students prefer to go for higher studies. Placement cell is active the whole time and offers internships and other opportunities as well. The internships come from reputed companies and help the students gain some experience on the working of the corporate world in most cases.

Infrastructure: The labs and lecture halls are well-equipped. There is a big ground for extra curricular activities and other facilities for students is also provided. There is a library open all weekdays and accessible by all students. There is bad network and Wi-Fi in the campus because of installation of jammers.

Faculty: The curriculum comes from the University of Delhi and is well managed. Most professors are very helpful and knowledgeable. There are many societies and clubs students can join for extra curriculars. The library is accessible by all students once they have a valid college identity card.

Review of Gargi College, University of Delhi.

Placements: Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. There were many companies on campus including De Shaw, Deloitte, Accenture, Board Infinity, NTT, Studio Mosaic, Wise Finserv, etc., and some had good and attractive packages. The highest salary package offered was 21 LPA, and the average salary pacakge offered ranges from 6 LPA - 7 LPA.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise Gargi is one of the best colleges at Delhi University. Classes and library were well maintained. Our college also had a beautiful garden and nursery. There was also a big amphitheater. There was one major problem that it shows zero networks inside the college. Otherwise, this college had very good infrastructure.

Faculty: All the teachers were highly qualified and sweet apart from the zoology department. It was the worst of all. All the teachers were rude. The exam gets over in about 20-25 days depending upon how many subjects students have.

Other: I opted for B.Sc life science because of my interest in both zoology and botany and wanted to study more about it. There were a lot of activities in this college. Reverie was the annual fest that was conducted around February. Zistatva was the diwali fest conducted by NSS every year. There were many societies also such as drama society, art society, dance society, etc.

Register and Apply
Interested candidates have to register online with required information. Non-refundable online registration fee is a mandate without which candidate’s application would not be considered for further processing. Final Selection
Admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. Selected list of admitted candidates would be displayed on the DU admission portal.
