IIIT Kota BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
At the undergraduate level, IIIT Kota BTech is a flagship course offered in full-time mode. The programme is offered in two specialisations, namely, Computer Science Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
IIIT Kota BTech admission is completely entrance-based. Interested candidates are required to apply and appear for JEE Main. After qualifying for the exam, they are required to participate in JoSAA/CSAB counselling for final seat allotment. Interested students must also check the below-mentioned eligibility & selection criteria:
- Eligibility Criteria: Twelve years of school education with 75% aggregate
- Selection Criteria: A valid score in JEE (Main) Paper and JoSAA/CSAB counselling
IIIT Kota BTech Fees 2025
The fee structure for IIIT Kota BTech courses is cumulative of multiple components, such as tuition fee, hostel fee, medical insurance, mess and other security deposits, etc. Out of all these fee components, there are a few that are charged one-time, while some have to be paid semester-wise, such as tuition fees.

IIIT Kota BTech Admission Process 2025: How to Apply?
Candidates seeking IIIT Kota BTech course admission are required to apply for JEE Main exam first. The procedure of application for JEE Main 2025 is inclusive of three major steps, i.e Registration, Form Filling & Document Upload followed by payment of application fees.
STEP 1: IIIT Kota BTech Application Process 2025
Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE Main, i.e., jeemain.nta.nic.in and click on the ‘Registration for JEE (Main) 2025’ link.
Step 2: Fill out the registration form with the required information followed by clicking on the submit button.
Step 3: Fill out the detailed application form and upload scanned images and documents.
Step 4: Pay the application fees.

Before JEE Main 2025 registration, students must keep the following documents and information ready for a smooth application process:
- Valid email ID and mobile number
- Academic details related to the Class 10 and Class 12 qualifying exams
- Scanned copy of the category certificate (if applicable)
- Scanned copy of the PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Scanned photograph and signature as per the specification mentioned by the NTA
- Net banking, credit card, debit card or UPI details for application fee payment

Step 2: Selection Criteria & Release of Merit List
