BTech is the flagship programme of MNNIT Allahabad. The institute has been ranked by NIRF under the 'Engineering' category in 2023 rankings at 60. Talking about placements, the highest and average package offered during MNNIT Allahabad BTech placements 2024 stood at INR 63.78 LPA and INR 16.06 LPA, respectively.
MNNIT Allahabad BTech admission is based on JEE Main scores. Students need to be Class 12 passed with a 75% aggregate from a recognised university. MNNIT Allahabad releases its opening and closing rank for admissions after the JEE Main results. The seat allotment is further based on JoSAA Counselling. In case seats are left vacant after JoSAA, then seats are filled through CSAB counselling.
Candidates need to pass a minimum of Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject from a recognised board with at least 75% aggregate is required to apply for the MNNIT Allahabad BTech programme. Besides, MNNIT Allahabad accepts admission to BTech based on a valid score of JEE Main, followed by a centralised counselling body, i.e., JoSAA Counselling. The seat allotment process is based on the college cutoff and the candidate's preference for courses and colleges.
