NIT Surathkal College review.
Placements: Placement record here is among the best in India, with the highest domestic package reaching 55 LPA and international offers going up to 1.2 crore. The average package stands at 25 LPA. The students have various internships and many other advantages, so life here is simply wonderful.
Infrastructure: College offers well-maintained rooms equipped with necessary amenities. The library provides a peaceful, noise-free environment conducive to study, with a wide range of books. The college canteen serves nutritious food options for students. Hostel facilities are not up to the mark, but they ensure complete comfort for students. The mess serves hygienic food, and the water supply is well-managed.
Faculty: Teaching staff is well-qualified and knowledgeable. They use engaging methods such as storytelling and presentations to explain topics. The curriculum is appropriate and relevant. If students understand the concepts well, they usually find it easy to pass the exams.

College has all the required things for students in all terms.
Placements: The placement is always above 90% among the eligible students. Top companies like Microsoft, Adobe, and Oracle. It depends on the student's choice and their exploration in getting internships and top roles in any company. Students' abilities can drive them to get internships from outside also.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is a little issue sometimes we get some suffering, but mostly we don't face it. It is not a big thing to be concerned about everywhere it's common. Everything is fine but sometimes there is an issue of food poisoning and all. We have good medical facilities and have an HCC inside the college open 24 hours.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and very friendly in teaching. Every course is useful for us and makes us better. Pass percentage is above 85%. Students abilities are tested in exams so it is important that every student has to be legit and cross that minimum mark. In many cases, malpractice is the reason for their failures so it's all the students' fault in this type of situation. But some lectures don't give marks though we are eligible sometimes it's really hard.
Other: CSE is always a great course for those who have an interest in coding and that driven me to choose this option. Better ways of teaching the basics more carefully. All the activities are good. But if the budget is more than I guess that you will be more productive and useful for us in all terms.

My college has good infrastructure, and facilities are also good.
Placements: In my college, approximately 95% of students get placed, with the highest package being 54 LPA and the lowest 11 LPA. Some subjects in my course are very good. About 50% of the students in my course receive internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided to us are very good. Wi-Fi facility quality is also excellent. Classrooms are well-maintained and have Wi-Fi access. Regarding hostels, the food available is average. Medical facilities, sports, and games are also well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are very good, qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. The semester exams are not too difficult but slightly above average, with a pass percentage of about 97-99%. The course curriculum is relevant and also prepares students for the industry.
Other: I choose this course because I love working on computers. The fests are very good.

In my opinion, it is one of the best colleges in India.
Placements: Last year, 93.78% of students were placed. The highest offer made last year was 78 LPA, the average package was 27.98 LPA, and the lowest package was around 9.87 LPA. The top recruiters are Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Oriental, and Google. Almost 50% of students got internships. The recruiters are NVIDIA, Texas Instruments, and Google. The roles offered are SDE and design engineers, and others.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi is good and gives an average speed of around 9-11 Mbps. Other than that, all is good. There are double-sharing rooms for students; 3rd and 4th years get single-sharing rooms. The library is closed on holidays, but the self-study center is open 24/7 for all students. Food is not bad, but don't expect too much as it is not that good. You will live in a 4 BHK unit. There are washrooms in each unit too.
Faculty: The faculty members are very good, helpful, and well-experienced. They also have a very deep knowledge of their respective fields. You always find lecturers available to help you with your studies. The classes and presentations by the lecturers are well-structured and very helpful in many ways. Most lecturers are experienced and have worked in various colleges, mastering their disciplines. As for academics, it follows the modern academic structure provided by the government.

Tier 1 college is a brand.
Placements: There are about 99% of placements in my course which is extraordinary. The highest package is 1.2 LPA, and the lowest salary is 15 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Flipkart, Google, Microsoft, Zerodha, etc. About 100% of students are involved in internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of my college is very good. My college is tier 1 college in India in engineering field so we get decent facilities. Wi-Fi and labs are available in a good manner. Hostels of our college are also very good with separate girls and boys hostels. Rooms are double and mess food is also good.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are foreign qualified. They have done their Ph.D. from top universities and have published their research papers. They are very supportive and strict also. We learn so much from them and they are our idols. Semester exams are hard enough still we manage a good CGPA.

And an another reason as in  the previous times there used to be separate exams for both IIT and

Your expected JEE MAin rank is about 212161. The last year highest closing rank at NIT Surathkal was 83729 in Mining Engineering for General neutral gender under HS quota. Hence your chances for admission are very less.
