I am absolutely satisfied because of the regular classes in OUTR, Bhubaneswar.
Placements: 80% of students from my branch got placed. The highest package of the electronics and communication engineering branch is 23 LPA, which is an on-campus placement offer. Internship facilities are available in other branches. I think there is no internship facility in our course because it is not an industrial area.
Infrastructure: Electronics and communication engineering labs are in good condition and instruments are also available. There is also a computer lab for this branch. The full campus of the college is Wi-Fi enabled. Hostels are decent and the mess food is also decent. There is a hospital named SUM Hospital near our campus within a radius of 3 kilometers. There is a playground on our campus. Various clubs are created by our seniors.
Faculty: Exams are not so hard but we have to maintain our hard work otherwise we will suffer. Recently, my 1st semester results were out and I got 7.5 SGPA which is a decent grade. Our teachers are highly qualified and classes are taken regularly as per time table. Attendance is mandatory for examinations.
Other: I chose this branch because I like to handle electrical equipment and play with them. Our university also provides scholarships to a few students as financial assistance. Its selection is based on CGPA. The top 10 students from each branch will get the scholarship. There are also sports, yoga, and NCC in our academic curriculum.

It's an average college and it doesn't charge much.
Placements: Placements are not very lucrative, but you could get a good company like Deloitte, L&T, Tata, Maruti Suzuki, etc. Obviously, you need to work on both academic and skill development. The average package is 6.7 LPA. And CSE is most preferred if you are a placement-oriented guy.
Infrastructure: College has centralized Wi-Fi with a good network. But the infrastructure is not up to the mark. The walls need to be painted, and buildings need to be relooked. The hostel is not enough to keep all the college students. If you got something called low rank, you'll not get a hostel in college.
Faculty: Faculty is strict. The mid-sems, end-sems, and practical record are all checked very strictly, that too within the due date. The curriculum is hectic for sure in an engineering college. Being in 1st year, you could get help from seniors. Seniors are of good nature. Hope it helps you.
Other: Clubs do conduct fests and all. And the college being in the city is still away from the crowd in a jungle.

OUTR Bhubaneswar: A growing tech hub with strong placements, evolving infrastructure.
Placements: OUTR boasts strong placements, 77%-90% students land roles, with average packages ranging from 5.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA and top offers up to 44 LPA-47LPA. Recruiters include Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, Deloitte, Infosys, Wipro, Bosch, Adani, and Cisco. The placement cell's robust training, internships, and industry linkage empower the CSE/IT major, especially.
Infrastructure: OUTR spans over 100 acres with departmental blocks, labs, canteens, sports courts, still expanding, classrooms, and basic facilities. Wi-Fi is spotty. Hostels offer beds, wardrobes, purifiers, a TV in the mess, and decent mess food, but capacity is limited, allotted by rank. Some buildings need renovation, but new construction is underway.
Faculty: OUTR has mostly well-qualified, PhD-holding faculty from IITs, NITs, and IIITs, helpful yet occasionally rigid. Curriculum is strong, featuring coding, spoken English, and industry-relevant modules. Exams include two class tests and end-semester paper. The passing required 75% attendance.
