Placements: The placement cell at SMK Fomra is highly motivated. They trained us right from the basics, tackling GDs, aptitude tests, and technical objectives MCQs. Their consistent effort peppered us to join core companies through on-campus placement drives.
Infrastructure: Our Fomra green campus is spread over more than 20 acres. The excellent sporting complex within the lush green campus encloses a cricket ground, Basketball court, Volleyball court, Tennis court, Gym, facilities for women's sports, etc. My Hostel experience was great at SMK Fomra.
Faculty: Dedicated faculty members, good infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories, an extensive library, excellent sporting complex, run by supportive trust-based management, make graduation at SMK Fomra an enduring experience. Workshop & industrial visits, resulted in sound knowledge and exposure to recent trends.

I am satisfied with our college infrastructure and the facilities provided.
Placements: Our college assures about good placements in top companies with very good salary packages. Our college gives many placement training so that no student could face any issues during the recruitment process. Almost all the students can get placed in top companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Labs contain many desktops with good Wi-Fi networks so that all the doubts can be cleared immediately, which helps students to save their time and gain extra knowledge on that particular subject.
Faculty: Our CSE professors at our college have rich academic and research experience. It is good for students to be mentored by such senior faculty members when they undertake a mini project in their third year and project work in the last semester. Their guidance helped us do an in-house project, and the knowledge gained is also immense.
Other: Our college conducts fests, cultural events and extracurricular activities so that students can gain knowledge.

Placements: Every year, many students get placed in many companies like HCL, TCS, Amazon, Zoho, L&T and other reputed MNCs. The salary package offered is 2.5-4.5 LPA. Most of our seniors got placed in various companies. It is mandatory for every student to do internships, and students also get a stipend. The placement cell is good and useful, and they involve every student by encouraging them in various activities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Classrooms are well-furnished, and our college has a place for playing sports and games. The quality of labs is good, and they use machinery with high standards. The quality of food provided in both the canteens available on the campus is good. Hostel facilities are good, ad there are also medical facilities and transport facility system. Even the public transport is also good. There is a library with many volumes of books for all kinds of subjects. We even get daily newspapers and various journals, including motivational books for all departments.
Faculty: All faculty members are good and well-experienced in terms of teaching and even non-teaching activities. Their method of teaching is good, and faculty members conduct class meetings once a week or once a month. They accept all ideas from students and implement them for a trial. The ratio of the faculty member to the student is good. They organise industrial visits for students to get good industrial exposure. The course curriculum is useful.

Every year cultural day, engineers day and many other programmes are organised in our college.
Placements: The placements in our college are very good, and this is possible only because of our college staff members who always help students to get placed in reputed companies. Many companies visited our campus to hire students, and some of them were CTS, Wipro, Sutherland Teleservices, BSNL, SANDS and many BPO companies. Our college students also get internship training in companies which visit here for placements. The placement cell is doing a remarkable job in improving the skills of students from the 2nd year only, so students will not have any fear regarding the campus interviews.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi is available for hostel students. Classrooms, library and labs are well-maintained here. Our college management provides medical facilities for students. The food provided for hostel students is organic and hygienic, and the water provided is also hygienic.
Faculty: All the staff members in our college are well-knowledgeable and experienced. They guide us to complete our projects creatively. They provide opportunities for students to share their knowledge. They also guide us to participate in conferences at other colleges. Our HOD encourages us to participate in paper presentations and poster presentations.

Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate.
Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.
Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognized institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile.
