Review of SGTB Khalsa College, Delhi university, North Campus.
Placements: There is a placement cell in the college, but it is not that professional and doesn't offer many placements. It did bring out recruiters, but they were mostly from a sales team from companies. Not anything particular to any subject, even if there were related placements, they were very less.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good. It gives the vibe of a proper DU college. It is old in the architectural style, but that is the main attraction. The basketball court, cricket ground, garden, auditorium, canteen everything is well managed and clean and quite spacious. Overall, I had a good experience.
Faculty: The courses are all very good and knowledgeable. The teachers especially are very capable as well as accomplished. They knew what they were teaching and had a good impact on us. The exams were held regularly with good strictness. The exams were fairly good in terms of difficulty.
Other: It is an excellent college, with authentic vibes and a good place to learn, enjoy and explore.

Review of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College.
Placements: None of the students opted for placements after B.Sc. (H) botany. But in other courses, almost 80% of the students got placed from college. Most people in science go for further education but in commerce, arts, economics, you can see good placements. The average salary package offered varies from 5 LPA - 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel was beautiful but quite expensive, comparatively, but the food served in the mess was excellent. There was a huge playground in college itself and a tennis court. Classrooms and library were good enough with Wi-Fi facility. Labs were properly equipped, and the staff was very cooperative.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were quite helpful. You will get to learn a lot from the practical sessions. Botany is all about research and lab work. The lab staff was quite cooperative. The course curriculum is relevant, and students get to learn a lot about research. Guest lectures are also quite interactive.

Quite satisfying overall.
Placements: For science courses just with bachelors you cannot expect to get placed. Some of our seniors worked hard to get research projects and are continuing with masters. Even the students of top colleges of Delhi University don't get placements for science atleast and its a known fact.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and labs are quite good. Science block infrastructure is better than most colleges though a lot of other building needs repair. As for the environment, there is a lot of greenery all around. Hostels are good and well facilitated as I have lived there. For sports students, the college is a blessing, as it has a big ground and organizes a lot of tournaments.
Faculty: Teachers are quite good and knowledgeable. They help with the curriculum a lot and do take every class on time. The department is a bit strict. There's a lot of file work in the course that needs to be done within a certain time. Exams really are not that tough if you are regular in practical and study a bit throughout the semester. Attending practical classes is most important.
Other: College does have a lot of societies ignite, strokes, and chalchitra. A lot of them are there. There's also a Gurudwara in college, and the college environment helps you lot to know Sikh culture with the events and all for the non Sikh students. Though no such big differentiation is there.

It is one of the best colleges in Delhi University.
Placements: In B.Sc. (Hons) Botany, there are no specific placements offers. It is because of two reasons, firstly, the course requires a lot of expertise, and the job you get at this level is of a technical assistant. Lastly, the placement cell invites companies which offer only commerce based profiles.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is one of the best in Delhi University. Labs are spacious and have good instruments for practicals. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioner. The library is equipped with all the books that one can expect for their course. The canteen offers hygienic food. In terms of sports, our college has the best grounds and coaches.
Faculty: Professors in our college are knowledgeable and well-qualified. The quality of teaching is excellent. They are very helpful and understanding in terms of your career. The course curriculum was revised lately, and it is interesting. Students should opt for javascript and such courses.
