Our college has research facilities, low placements, excellent campus crowd, and good campus life.
Placements: There are no direct placements after any B.Sc. course, not just in our college, but this is a fact for all Delhi University colleges. Placements are mostly for B.Com. and B.A. economics students, but the majority of them are for lower-paying jobs. If you write a research paper or complete a research project, your chances of getting a job will improve significantly. Placements are usually made after completing a master's degree in that field. If your research paper gets recognised and published, there is a high chance of getting a job right after graduation.
Infrastructure: Our college has excellent infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. The signal strength is weak or there is no signal strength. Our classrooms have to be air-conditioned, but most of them usually don't work. The best things are the library and the ground. If you are a sportsperson, especially a cricketer, then this is the college for you. It is one of the few places in Delhi that offers night cricket facilities. The library has a proper reading room. There are numerous books. The hostel is both for girls and boys, but the boys' hostel has not started yet. It was recently built and has been open for the past two years. The hostel fee for girls is Rs. 70,000 for four months. The mess food is good. The food in the canteen is not up to par.
Faculty: Our college has qualified and experienced teachers. They are helpful. The student-teacher interaction is good. The only difficult thing for science students is getting good internal assessments and practical marks. Our teachers are very strict. Marks given here are lower than those received by other college students. The first year of the B.Sc. course fee is around Rs. 26,000, and the second year fee is around Rs. 28,000. The fee for the first year of the humanities and commerce course is Rs. 20,000, and the fee for the second year is Rs. 22,000.
Other: The college has one of the most relaxed campus crowds at DU, which can be attributed to the college's Punjabi environment. The campus crowd and the campus life are two things that attract you to this college.

It has good placements, infrastructure, knowledgeable teachers, and the ambiance is so good.
Placements: Companies do visit the college also there's a society for internships, one can join that and it will help you. It also adds up to your work experience. Wipro and many more companies come for recruiting. Most of the students got the internship in our college.
Infrastructure: Labs are in good condition, they have properly functioning equipment instruments and proper guidance. Even the lab assistants help us if needed. The library is also well organised even if the book is not available which you need you can tell them and they will arrange it for you. The classrooms and ground are too spacious. There's a basketball court also and a table tennis room is also there. I am not aware of the hostel because I stay in Delhi only, so never went to the hostel, but hopefully, hostels are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They teach well in the class and also provide notes. They provide proper guidance. There's nothing so difficult if we talk about semester exams. Teachers provide notes, one can go through those notes and pass the exams with good marks.
Other: You can opt for M.Sc. after this or can also go for competitive exams. In this course, you will also learn about robotics which is so interesting. There's a place in the college where different societies conduct fests.

College is good enough to provide you a platform for various things but placements are poor here.
Placements: No placement in our course from the college. No companies came for the recruitment not even for the internship. Though other courses like B.Com (h) and B.A. (h) in business economics had their placement cell for conducting the recruitment process. There avg package was 2.5L p. a and the highest was around 6-7L.
Infrastructure: Electronics lab was fully air conditioned equipped with all the necessary equipments. We had different skill development courses too for robotics and pcb designing. Qualified teachers are always there to help you out in any problem. Wi-Fi was available. Hp laptops were issued for complete 3 years to each and every student who opted for it at a very nominal 250/year security deposit. The canteen is not so good and the quality of food is compromising too. The khalsa ground is one of the largest grounds of DU colleges equipped with flood lights for various Cricket tournaments. Library is fully air conditioned and properly maintained.
Faculty: As mentioned before, Teachers are qualified and conducive if you are willing to opt for electronics as your career. Course curriculum is comprehensive including all the necessary subjects, as well as various skill development courses like pcb designing, robotics, C programming. , Matlab. , Scilab, pyhton, and even a student of Science department can study courses like indian economy, history, english, or maths as an optional subject as a Generic Elective course. I had studied business economics and Indian economy as an optional for 2 years.
Other: This course offers you a platform to make yourself ready for future endeavors in the technology and research field. You can work with Holds of the department as a Helper and get stipend as well along with the crucial learning. Fest is conducted in February. Students from all the colleges around Delhi participate in various events. The star night features a Punjab singer which is kind of a field where students committee should look into. The student's body election takes place in August-September.

Every Year Many, Many people Graduate from our College. And if they can Do it, So Can You.
Placements: There are very less companies that take students and come for placements. Last year only two of the 25 students were placed and others were trying for the common placements for the du. So I think that placements wise college should take some initiatives.
Infrastructure: Air conditioners in classes, Medical facility, sports ground, basketball court, Clean washrooms, good quality food in canteen, Gurudwara, big auditorium, many societies that students can join, very big hostel rooms air conditioned, now boys hostel is also going to be made.
Faculty: Faculty is good. Teachers are helpful. They help every student whenever one needs them, they encourage us and give us full support if anyone has to do any project. They never hesitate to tell students whatever they need. College fully support all the students and faculty is very good.
Other: There are many events that take place in our college be it fests, sports day, etc.

Q:   How is CUET UG cut off calculated?
A:

The CUET UG cut off is determined by CUET participating universities seperately. Parameters on the basis of which CUET UG cut off is released are:

  • Total number of candidates that appeared for the CUET UG exam
  • The number of seats offered by the participating universities through CUET UG
  • The difficulty level of the CUET exam
  • Overall performance of the test takers (pass percentage/ score range, etc.)
