Good placement, supportive faculty and a nice campus life.
Placements: Around 70-80% of students from each batch from my department get placed equally in both IT and Core companies every year. The placement cell is very active and dedicated to bringing a good number of companies for the students, and they give continuous training to students. The minimum package starts from 3 LPA and the maximum goes up to 32 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our college are TCS, Cognizant, Zoho, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, HCL, Kaar Technologies and many more top and startup companies. Almost 60% percentage of the currently placed students have already started their internship in their placed companies.
Infrastructure: The college, on the whole, has good infrastructure support and lab exposure. All the classrooms are well ventilated and well furnished, along with a smart television for teaching. The library is a 2 floor of collection of all kinds of books across all domains. The hostel is very peaceful. It is neatly maintained and has all the basic amenities for students all the time. The food provided in the mess is also good and hygienic. Medical facilities are also available in case of emergencies. Sports grounds, gym, and canteen are also available inside the campus.
Faculty: All the teaching and non-teaching staff are helpful to students and are good at teaching. They use multiple modes of teaching, and the quality of teaching is great. 80% of staff are PhD holders. The curriculum follows the standard Anna University pattern, and it also has courses specially for industrial gap bridging. Semester exams are very standard and moderately difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in ECE. It has broader opportunities for varied domain specialisation and also gives flexibility. The course should be improved by including more industry-relevant concepts and practical explanations. The college is very active and continuously conducts numerous events regularly, like women's day celebration, culturals, sports day, IEEE events, symposiums, etc.

Being a student with an uncertain path to becoming a responsible engineer today.
Placements: The overall placements in college are great. Mostly, 75% of the students get placed every year. And others might opt for higher and other plans. The top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, CTS, Zoho, PwC, Flipkart, etc. This time, the highest package offered is 32 LPA by Flipkart.
Infrastructure: The college has a digital library, which is spacious with proper Wi-Fi facility and a wide range of books. Labs and classrooms are also equipped. I'm a day scholar, so I have no idea about the hostel. I heard that it's one of the safest places with both AC and non-AC rooms. The food is great.
Faculty: Teachers are really supportive. In my 4 years in Sairam, they always stood by me and encouraged me in all aspects. Semester exams are easy to clear with proper notes and consistency with the subject. Students are always made to be industry-ready with the help of our innovation ecosystem.
Other: The college always encourages our innovation and always gives us opportunities to solve real-world problems. They encourage us to attend hackathons, experience challenges, start a startup, get funding and be a responsible engineer.

College journey at Sairam.
Placements: Around 80% of the students in my course have been placed, ranging from 10.2 LPA to 3.5 LPA, offered by PWC, TCS, CTS, etc. With roles like software developer, tester, etc. The placement drive has been conducted for almost 2 semesters, including software and core engineering jobs.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my course and department are convincing and fulfilled expectations, with good Wi-Fi, kits, and technicians. The incubation centre and other development facilities are provided with almost top-notch care and support.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The choice of subjects in the curriculum and courses was also satisfying, such that I learned better about electronics and communication engineering with good practical knowledge.

Best infrastructure and good placements.
Placements: Placements are very good. I had attended many companies, and I also got placed in LTIMINDTREE. From the second year, our college provided placement training by arranging an experienced trainer to give us quality education. Our college also provides a coding platform called SKILLRACK from the first year to improve our programming skills; it helped me in cracking my interview. From my college, I got an internship at INTEL TECHNOLOGY, which was a big opportunity for me to develop my new skills in AI and DEEP LEARNING. All our batchmates got internships from many companies.
Infrastructure: Our college has great infrastructure. We are provided Wi-Fi access in all places. The library is such a peaceful area where I used to study for my placements. We also have hostel facilities for AC rooms as well as NON-AC rooms. The food in the hostel is 9/10 because, compared to other colleges, Sairam food facility is always top of the line. Our college provides non-veg food in the mess and canteen except on Thursdays because of the pooja performed at SAI BABA TEMPLE INSIDE OUR CAMPUS. Every year, sports competitions are conducted between every department.
Faculty: My teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was also perfect. Our course curriculum is relevant, and it's aligned with our campus placements. Semester exams were excellent, except for sometimes where we get a moderate paper. Otherwise, it's an easy semester. We have a 99% pass rate, except for the backbenchers who don't have an interest in studying and will get arrears in some core subjects. All our batchmates have now cleared their arrears and got placed in our final year due to our faculty's guidance.
Other: I chose this course because ECE provides both the knowledge of ECE CORE and IT TECH. The best thing about our course is our practicals. My practical exams are the ones where I loved my ECE subjects because I loved practically connecting CRO, resistors, and diodes in a breadboard and got exact results in our End Semester Examination. Those were unforgettable memories. There are many events like IEEE, CHANGE MAKERS, SCOUTS AND GUIDES, SYMPOSIUM, 24 HOURS HACKATHONS, and many more. There are many scholarships like PMS SCHOLARSHIP, 7.5 RESERVATION, and many others.

Good placements with decent infrastructure, overall satisfactory college experience.
Placements: 80% of students are placed from my course. The highest package is 7 LPA, the lowest is 3.6 LPA, and the average is 5.4 to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cognizant, Accenture, TCS, KaarTech, HCL, Infosys, MRF, Blackstraw, LTI, Mindtree, Brakes India, EmbedUR, Mr. Cooper, Valeo, Siemens, Sundram Fasteners, etc.
Infrastructure: Labs are in proper working condition, classrooms are spacious, and there is a huge central library with online resources available. The quality of food is good, and there are sports facilities for boys. Medical facilities are also available, as there is a Siddha and Ayurveda college inside the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified. The curriculum covers the fundamentals and provides a decent foundation along with a basic understanding of the subjects. The semester exams are manageable with regular preparation, and the pass percentage is reasonable.

My Bachelor's degree is from SSEC.
Placements: According to the 2023 placement reports, 90% of students got placed. The highest package offered by recruiters will be 15 Lacs per annum. Usually, the placement process includes some grounds, namely Aptitude, Coding, General HR, and finally Technical HR. In some other placement processes, it includes GD.
Infrastructure: Our campus is well-maintained with all the facilities. There is no strict dress code followed in our college, but our students are asked to dress formally. In our canteen, different kinds of dishes are maintained regularly, and they are served in a hygienic way.
Faculty: Our department is very difficult to study, and our examinations are very difficult to crack. But our faculty members provide materials, hints, and keynotes to lessen our burdens. And they often conduct tests to practice the important questions. This may result in producing good overall results.

Best place for engineering.
Placements: Over 95% of students were placed in my department. The highest package is INR 16 LPA, and the lowest is INR 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS, CTS, Sify, ITC, HCL, Zoho, Hexaware, Cisco, and Virtusa. Nearly 50% of students got internship offers. The top role offered in our course is Software development.
Infrastructure: In terms of our college infrastructure, there are well-equipped labs with high-class equipment. The main thing is that we have a big library with all kinds of technical books. Classrooms were very big and spacious. The campus is very green. Coming to the hostel, the quality of the food is excellent and worth the money; it is very safe for girls; and there are neat and clean rooms. There are medical facilities for hostelers 24/7. Our college has impeccable records and events in sports too.
Faculty: The teachers were very kind and friendly to the students. All the staff are Ph.D. holders and very knowledgeable people. Even though our college is autonomous, the semester questions were at the university level. The pass percentage was 95%. The curriculum was relevant to making the students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion. The best thing about our college is that they provide scholarships for the top students every year. There are a lot of film events happening at our college, like audio launches and movie shootings. You can see all the celebrities at our college.
