Satisfied with the college environment and teaching practices followed by staff, and good placements
Placements: More than 70 percent of the students from my department got placed. Top recruiting companies for our course are PWC, JP Morgan, Infosys, and Accenture. Many students are doing their internships at Cisco, PWC, and Flipkart. Top roles offered are software engineer and MERN stack developer.
Infrastructure: The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is good. Classrooms have smart TVs that are used for presentation displays, and the computers in the lab are well-maintained. Wi-Fi availability is good for systems. Medical facilities are available for students through Siddha and Ayurveda programs in our institution.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and doctorate-certified. There is better support and encouragement from staff during placement. The course curriculum is relevant to my degree and covers all the topics needed to make students industry-ready. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate.

It is a good college to study and grow.
Placements: As of the current time, nearly 70 percent of students have been placed in companies through college placements and external sources, with hackathon opportunities. The highest package offered in our batch is 32 LPA. The average package offered is 19.75 LPA. The lowest package offered is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are JP Morgan, CTS, TCS, PwC, Cisco, Prodapt, Infosys, with heavy emphasis on the latest technologies such as AI, ML, Data Science, SDE, etc.
Infrastructure: Labs are equipped with good equipment for hands-on learning experience, with smartboard-enabled classrooms and a library with 1000s of books. We have a canteen facility, a mess, a first aid, and an ambulance on standby for medical emergencies. Indoor and outdoor courts are available for a variety of games such as cricket, basketball, volleyball, and table tennis, among other games.
Faculty: Professors are knowledgeable in their domain. They are able to guide us in searching for our academic and curricular activities. The course curriculum is being kept up to date every 4 years to ensure that the curriculum closely follows the industry requirements in the ever-changing field of IT.

It is a good place to learn and explore. Placements are good, and many of them are placed.
Placements: Almost 85-90 % percent of students get placed, to my knowledge. The highest package offered is 32 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3.46 LPA. The average package offered is 6 LPA. TCS, Cognizant, and Accenture are the top recruiters. 40 percent of students got internships in companies like Cognizant and PwC. Roles like graduate engineer trainee and program analyst trainee are offered here.
Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms, and a library are provided. No Wi-Fi facility is available for students. Only for placement purposes, they provide Wi-Fi in the college. Other times, we have to use our own internet. The hostel is good. An AC facility is also available here. Food is moderate, so we can manage it.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable. Their teaching is good. The course curriculum is relevant to current technology, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are of an easy-to-moderate level, so we can clear exams if we study well. The pass percentage is above 40 percent, but I am not sure.

About my college short review.
Placements: From my department, around 90-95% of students are placed, with the highest package of 34 LPA offered by Flipkart. The lowest package is 3.36 LPA offered by TCS. On average, students from my course are able to get packages of 6 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Accenture, and Cognizant. The placement training provided by our college is really helpful.
Infrastructure: Our college has one common library named after our former president Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, with a lot of facilities that can accommodate 1000 people at a time with Wi-Fi. Labs are very useful, and the systems in the labs help us gain practical knowledge. Hostels are excellent, providing 24/7 Wi-Fi and power backup. Facilities are also good, and the food provided is tasty.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and guide us on how to approach and solve problems. For every 20-25 students, a mentor is assigned to speak with their mentees and motivate them to perform well in academics and other activities. The curriculum is relevant and allows us to learn about the latest technologies and how to use them. The semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is around 96-98%.
Other: I have a keen interest in problem-solving, so I chose computer science as my major.

I am very satisfied with this institutions .
Placements: Till now, 65% of students were placed in my course, TCS, CTS, Zoho are the top recruiting companies, and the average package for this course is 4 LPA. Almost 50% of students got their internships, and the roles offered in my course are software development.
Infrastructure: Well, the infrastructure and facilities are quite great because they provide a high-speed Wi-Fi system. Labs are filled with new computers that enable the students to work easily, and the classrooms are converted into smart classrooms that help the students to learn digitally.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, kind, and polite. They are qualified and specialized in the course. They will solve/clear the students' doubts, and they will choose the curriculum-relevant topics, so that the students will only know about the relevant topics.

If you are a book warm, you will get good marks. But you know those subjects in first year are almost same in every stream. Engineering Drawing is one of those subjects I never liked. But don't worry, these are not going to matter. If you get 7.5 or above in 1st sem, and 8 or above in the second sem

Capitation fee is based on your cutoff marks and through management, it costs around Rs 1.25 lakhs per year including bus and lunch fee.

Sai Ram Engineering College comes under Anna University counseling so the seats are not filled yet. You need to apply for counseling and if you have a good cutoff marks then you can get admission at Sai Ram Engineering College.
