I made a good decision on joining this college because of the great exposure I received.

Placements: The placements were excellent. My batch almost received many offers from top MNCs. The highest package is around 25 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average is around 6 LPA. Top companies like Amazon, Meta, Accenture, Infosys, HCL, and other top MNCs came to hire students, and all of them are related to my specialization. Nearly all of my batch (2025) gets internships from my course.

Infrastructure: Only the classrooms were non-AC rooms. Other than that, every place like the seminar hall, library, laboratories, and computer labs were maintained with AC infrastructure. The quality of the faculty is absolutely fine. They are kind and helpful, and the mess and canteen are maintained hygienically. Medical facilities are available, and they immediately take students to the institutional medical college.

Faculty: Teachers are kind and helpful in assisting with notes and books for preparation for the exam. Doubts can be clarified with professors. The college follows the Anna University curriculum, but the college is autonomous. The semester exams are easy to clear. There is no difficulty in clearing the exams.

Other: I am interested in communication-based things, so I chose this specialization which had only two options: one is ECE and the other is CCE. I don't have an interest in electronics but have an interest in communication, so I chose Computer and Communication Engineering. Many events are held on campus monthly, nearly three.

Absolutely, my college is more liberal than other colleges.

Placements: I am currently studying at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology, and overall, my experience is quite positive. The college offers a good blend of academic rigour and extracurricular opportunities, which support holistic development. The placement cell works hard to bring companies to campus. While top-tier placements are more common in certain departments, students who are proactive and skilled do find good opportunities. Internships and industry projects are encouraged. My college has good placement support, and my course, CCE, is in a good department.

Infrastructure: The campus is well-maintained, with decent classroom facilities, labs, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The library is well-stocked, and the laboratories are equipped for practical learning. However, there is room for improvement in areas like hostel amenities and canteen services. The rooms in the hostel are very nice, and the food is very good and hygienic.

Faculty: The course is supported by a team of experienced and well-qualified faculty members who bring a blend of academic excellence and industry exposure. The curriculum is regularly updated to align with current trends and industry requirements, covering both theoretical foundations and practical applications. It includes core subjects, electives, lab sessions, and project work to ensure a holistic learning experience. The examination pattern typically consists of internal assessments, assignments, quizzes, and semester exams, which collectively evaluate the students’ understanding and application of concepts. Continuous assessment methods help in tracking progress and promoting consistent academic engagement.

Other: My college places strong emphasis on holistic development by organizing a wide range of events and extracurricular activities throughout the academic year. These include technical symposiums, cultural festivals, sports meets, guest lectures, and social outreach programs. Students are encouraged to actively participate in various clubs such as coding clubs, literary associations, music and dance troupes, and the National Service Scheme (NSS). These activities not only provide a platform for showcasing talents but also foster leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Through involvement in these events, I am able to develop both my academic and personal skills.

Disappointed in the hostel and campus life.

Placements: Placement was in our college. Many people have been selected by top companies if they have enough skills and a CGPA with no arrears in hand. If you have arrears in hand you can't enter in placement cell. Many top companies recruit students. You can select multiple companies' packages.

Infrastructure: The college campus is very small and very greenery. It has only 3 blocks and a canteen. The hostel is not good for boys it is outside the campus. The hostel is situated for girls inside the campus and it is good. The boys' hostel didn't have enough facilities like Wi-Fi, washing machines and lift.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful and knowledgeable and the teacher taught inside the book. Teachers are qualified and exams are conducted correctly, Anna University portions are only so easy to study, and pressure-free life as a day scholar, but only problem in a hostel for a hosteller.
