It has good faculty members and campus interviews.
Placements: There are wide placement categories according to the talent of the students. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Zoho, etc., visit the college for placements. It completely has an awesome atmosphere to get educated and can develop good knowledge more than that of studies.
Infrastructure: The hostel and classrooms are good and properly ventilated. Services are perfectly done. It has a clean environment with a lot of greenery. It has a room for medical purposes, and daily doctors are available in the daytime. Sports facilities are also good here.
Faculty: The pass percentage must always be more than 54% so that students can get easily placed and understand the conceptual teachings. Faculty members train every student by giving responsibility. They help us to learn everything related to mental calculative concepts.

Not satisfied with the rules and restrictions, good food, value for money, great facilities.
Placements: To be frank almost 60% of students where placed before even they had there degrees. Faculty members were really helpfull throughout the programme and they were more focused on getting us placed in the right company. Most of all the support we received from our staffs tops the list.
Infrastructure: Well planned infrastructure. Great hospitality. However, few restrictions did bother us a lot. The opportunities were vast and was helpful to develop ourselves for our career and future as well.
Faculty: Great facilities and helpful staff. Well planned education system. Futuristic advices were also helpful. Few departments fave been Identified as research centers along with our college facilities as well. Something that we feel proud to be a part of.

I am satisfied with the placements, course, faculty members and facilities provided by college.
Placements: Our college has excellent placement results consecutively for years. They collect money separately for placement training, but the training will be very useful for students to clear the interview rounds like aptitude and coding. In the current year, around 1665 students got placed from college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good and reasonably acceptable. Telling about my department block, the ambience in classrooms as well as in libraries is too good. The quality of the food served will always be given a good rating because as far now, no issues have been raised regarding our canteen and mess facilities.
Faculty: Teachers and other staff members of our college are very good and focused on making every student gain knowledge from what they teach every day. Apart from studies, they also give us chances to attend other college symposiums and to undergo industrial training. In addition to this, we got opportunities to take courses related to our field, which were provided by the college.
Other: Our batch is of 190 students, and we have 3 lateral entry students. Our department has conducted many events under ISA (International Society of Automation). It also has students who are a member of IEEE. We have conducted interdepartmental symposiums and also conducted a college wise symposium.

The placement of this college is good for all courses.
Placements: 65% of our batch was placed in a highly reputed companies. The highest gross salary is around 3.5 Lacs per annum. In our course, we had the opportunities to go for core in gulf with min 60000 rupees per month.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good with a map of the campus and the blocks were separately given for each department and also separate block for labs too and mobile phones are not allowed in the campus so Wi-Fi is not available in campus and in hostel also mobile is not available but u can have a laptop and an internet room will be provided for browsing and last but not least food is superb. No college in Tamil Nadu can provide food like this campus. The food will be provided even for day scholars.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and the teaching style is good. They will complete the portion as before the model exam and the understanding capacity is good.
Other: I choose this course just because of the detailed knowledge it provides about instruments. I wish to get a job in gulf where the salary will be given as per the talent and the course don't need to improve any more.

Food and placements are good.
Placements: Our batch strength is 180, and in that, more than 100 students got placed. Most of them were placed in IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, CTS, etc. About two students were placed in Soliton Technologies with a salary package of 9 LPA, and 3 students got placed in SPIC at Thoothukudi. In our course, the highest salary package offered by Zoho is 11.2 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is in BPO and banks.
Infrastructure: High technology labs were available. The best thing about college is its food, and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food was great. Hostel facilities were very good. It has good accommodation, and it is very safe. Our college has the biggest sports academy in Tamil Nadu. Our library has more than 10,000 books, and book bank is also available for all students.
Faculty: Almost 90% of our department staff members were PhD holders. All the staff members were well-experienced and have published many papers. At the first year, you will be out of department because they just make you score marks, and once you get into the department, they will start to prepare us to make ready for industries.
Other: We have industrial visits and NGO for every semester. It helps us to know how the industries work and what are our roles in them.

Our college is excellent and worth the money.
Placements: Around 3/4th of the students got placed in campus placements. Companies like Wipro, CTS, Mindtree, etc., visited the campus for placements. The salary offered to the students is good. The faculty members provide good training to students. Exams will be conducted for the students about placements, and if we make the best use of it, then we can surely get placed in the campus placements. Nowadays, the placement percentage on campus has been reduced because of the recession. Overall, placements in our college are good.
Infrastructure: Our college got an award for the best infrastructure in Tamil Nadu. Our college has mind-blowing constructions including auditoriums, placement cells, and other buildings. The hostels on the campus are hygienic, and restrooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Our college is the best in terms of infrastructure. Placement cell and labs are well-constructed.
Faculty: All the faculty members are PhD holders. Some faculty members are not that great. Our college is more focused on memorizing and mugging up things. If we find that a faculty member is not good enough, then we can complain to the management so that immediate action will be taken against them. One of our faculty members was asked to resign on our complaint. There are strict rules for hostel girls in our college.

College rules are a bit strict. Food & hostel are excellent. Good sports. Exam schedules are tiring.
Placements: Companies started visiting our campus in August end. Our batch's placements were some of the best in the last few years. Almost 90% of the eligible students (eligibility criteria being no standing arrears for most of the companies, though a few companies like Zoho, Soliton did not have any criteria and only tested your programming knowledge.) More than 700 students were placed in Cognizant. Cognizant, Wipro and Infosys visited our college on day zero. Around 15 from our department were placed in all 3 companies and around 100 students of the entire college had triple placement offers. The highest package offered was 8.5 lakhs and lowest was 2.25 lakhs per annum. The overall average was around 3.5 lakhs with a majority of them getting placed in the 3 software companies that visited day zero. The package in Cognizant was 3.8 lakhs and Wipro, Infosys offered packages of 3.4 lakhs each.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are huge with very good ventilation. Each classroom has a projector. Labs are good with well-trained lab assistants. The biggest plus point of St.Joseph's is the mess food. The food is awesome with non-veg and veg food cooked separately. Nonveg food is served 4 days a week. There's a separate diet row for students who are dieting because of the sports or weight reduction interest. Fresh juices, bakery items, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, chat items, etc. are available in the canteen and all of them are moderately priced with puffs costing 5 rupees and burgers 50 rupees. Our college has excellent infrastructure for sports with separate fields for football, cricket, badminton, basketball and many indoor games. The only negative point about the infrastructure is the lack of green cover which makes the campus very hot during summer.
Faculty: Every department has at least 8-10 PhD holders. Other staff members too are highly knowledgeable and very friendly. The course followed is Anna University prescribed and the entire syllabus is covered in the stipulated time. Most of the staff members are very helpful and will entertain students even a day or two before exams.
Other: Cell phones and laptops are officially prohibited. Though most of the rules are followed only in the first year. Fights of any kind or for any reason are dealt with very strictly. The number of leaves that can be taken for a sem is very low (4 days during our batch). Internal marks will be reduced if too many days of leave are taken without a valid reason. Tie and formal shirt/trousers are compulsory for all male students. Clean shave is compulsory. Most of the Saturdays are working. No inter college culturals, freshers party, excursions or farewells are organized. Overall, it's bit strict college but if you're interested in placements and grades, this is the right choice.
