The college faculty members are really good and placements are also good.
Placements: Average 60% of students got placed in our course. The highest package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting company is TCS but also lots of core and IT companies came and selected the students, like Volvo, Tech Mahindra, like that. 100% of students got internships in many companies. If anyone does not get internships then college takes the responsibility and trains those students.
Infrastructure: The whole campus is covered by the college Wi-Fi. All subject labs are separate and there are also some smart classes. The library is 24X7 open and the book is issued by the library without costing any money. Basically, Techno Main Salt Lake has no hostel facility.
Faculty: Here, all teachers have completed their Ph.D. and they are all very helpful and also knowledgeable. Some teachers have 30 years of teaching experience. Really their has lots of knowledge. The department completed the students to be industry-ready. The exam is very tough because this college is MAKAUT affiliated. The passing percentage is also good.
Other: The whole year many events and fests are conducted by the college club. In our subject MAR and MOOCs are there so we are doing lots of extracurricular activities.

College is overall value for money.
Placements: About 70% of students at Techno Main Salt Lake are placed. The highest package is about 30 lakhs per annum, and the lowest is 2 lakhs per annum by Wipro. The average package is about 5 lakhs per annum. Top recruiters include Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Amazon, and Tata Motors.
Infrastructure: The facilities at Techno Main Salt Lake are quite average, probably because the college is small. However, the infrastructure is good overall, especially since the college campus is in the middle of Kolkata's IT sector. While the classrooms are large, none of them are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is not available on campus. On the plus side, the library is good.
Faculty: The teachers at Techno Main Salt Lake are quite good, well-educated, and helpful. Most of the teachers are PhD holders and very knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares students for the industry. The semester exams are a bit tough, but manageable if we know how to study.
Other: I chose this course because electrical engineering is my passion.

Satisfied with the college and great campus life.
Placements: Around 75-80% of students from the Electrical Engineering course were placed last year. The highest package offered was approximately 8-10 LPA, and the lowest was around 3 LPA; however, the average package is decent at 4-5 LPA. Top companies are TCS, Accenture, Wipro, and Havells. Now, coming to internships, our college provides some decent ones. Around 40% of students secured internships, with companies like TCS, Wipro, and Havells offering roles. The main roles were mostly core engineering, IT services, and some technical support as well. The most common roles offered to EE students include Graduate Engineer Trainee, Project Engineer, and Technical Analyst. Some students also secure roles in IT services.
Infrastructure: The Electrical Engineering department is equipped with modern and well-maintained labs, including specialized labs for Power Systems, Electrical Machines, and Control Systems. The equipment is also up to date. There is Wi-Fi in the college. The classrooms are not all air-conditioned. There is a library where you can get all the books for your syllabus. Our college doesn't have its own hostel, so students mostly stay in nearby PGs. There are a lot of sports and games conducted in our college.
Faculty: The faculty for EE are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They will clear all your doubts. Although you will find some of them a bit boring when it comes to teaching, these are only a few of them. The Electrical course is a bit tough, but if the student makes some effort and combines all the theory and practical knowledge, then definitely the curriculum makes them industry-ready. The semester exams are a little tough in our college, but if you listen to your lectures and do self-study, then you can easily pass with good grades.
Other: There are a lot of events conducted in this college, and the fests are big ones. Connectivity is very good since the college is situated in the center of Salt Lake in Kolkata. There is so much campus crowd. Scholarships are available, but you have to apply for them on your own. A lot of extracurricular activities are there.

Electrical Engineering at Techno main salt lake.
Placements: If you talk about placement, then the students from EE branch are the highest placed in our college among all departments. This year, our department secured a 92% placement record, whereas the remaining 8% opted for higher studies. Out of the 92% students, some got into IT companies, while others went into core companies. The highest package offered was 7 LPA, while the lowest was 3LPA the average package offered is in the range of 4-5LPA. The course fee is 5.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Wipro and TCS (if u are looking to get placed in IT field) or there are a few core branch companies visiting us during the placement time as well. This year, 85% students got internship offers while they were in their 3rd year.
Infrastructure: Hostels isn't provided by TECHNO MAIN SALT LAKE you either need to rent a flat or PG; that's totally your choice. Now, coming to infrastructure, we can say that it is above average All the labs are Wi-Fi enabled, and the instruments given for performing experiments are error-free and easy to use. Classrooms are quite spacious and well ventilated .
Faculty: The teachers at Techno Main Salt Lake are highly qualified, friendly, and very helpful. They assist you with your GATE exam preparation and placement preparation, and you can reach out to them for any problem. The course is indeed relevant and, of course, of high value. A person who understands electrical engineering well enough can actually use their knowledge for the better. Electrical engineering, from a career point of view, has a lot of scope in private sector Indian companies, public sector Indian companies, and multinational companies. Semester exams are neither easy nor very hard. It all depends on whether you have the right notes for the subject or not.
Other: Electrical engineering has always been one of my core fields of interest, and pursuing this degree at Techno Main Salt Lake may not be the brightest idea out of all, but I am still enjoying it. The campus life is quite unique and fun. Events held are so fun and amazing, and one should not miss them out.

Decent college for Electrical but placements are dry.
Placements: 73 U2105 students were placed in my department this year. The highest package was 20 LPA, and the average package was 4.8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Braintree, TCS, and Cognizant. 77u2105 students got internships at various different companies. The top roles offered by the course are related to IT jobs. This year's placement was not good compared to previous years. It was so bad that most students had to wait for mass recruiters.
Infrastructure: We have large classrooms that easily accommodate 60–70 students. Each floor in the building has 2 Wi-Fi connections dedicated to students. The campus has 2 playgrounds that are not big enough to play sports like cricket. The library is equipped with ACs. There are 3 canteens for students.
Faculty: All the teachers in the course are well-experienced and knowledgeable. Every teacher is very eager to teach students. The course curriculum of the university is quite relevant to the stream and makes students prepared for the industry. Exams taken by the faculty members are very helpful as they evaluate a student's knowledge regarding the subject.
Other: Students who reside outside of West Bengal taking admission should be careful until their registration process is complete. This is because the management is notorious for cancelling students from outside and sending them to other colleges.

Hey dear, The total fee structure is as follows: 1st semester-Around 40K. 2nd semester to 8th semester-10K Also, TISL charge some development and grooving fee which you will have to pay.
