AICTE GATE 2025 Scholarship: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is geared to launch its much-awaited GATE and GPAT Post Graduate (PG) Scholarship portal during the first week of September 2025, kickstarting the application process for eligible candidates of the academic year 2025–26. The portal link will be opened to generate students' unique ID to avail the scholarship.

GATE 2025 Stipend/Financial Assistance Details
- Financial Assistance given to M.Tech students is Rs. 12,400 per month and generally paid for 22 months.
- Financial Assistance given for Ph.D. programs (Direct Ph.D. after B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc equivalent with a valid GATE score) is Rs. 37,000 per month for the first two years and Rs. 42,000 per month from the third to the fifth year.
AICTE GATE 2025 Scholarship Eligibility
GATE 2025 qualified candidates can check the eligibility for the GATE 2025 scholarship below -
- Must have a valid GATE score at the time of admission to the full-time MTech or ME programme.
- The institute must be AICTE-approved to receive the GATE stipend.
- Part-time, sponsored, or distance-learning candidates are not eligible.
- Applicants must have a personal savings account in their name.
The scholarship is tenable for up to 24 months (or the duration of the course, whichever is shorter)
