DSAT MPharm Counselling 2022 Seat Allotment: Check Dates, Fees & Procedure

The authorities will prepare a merit list of eligible Students based on the scores obtained in the entrance test. Students must make sure that they carry the original and two sets of photocopies of the following documents at the time of counselling:

Undergraduate Programmes

• E-Hall ticket (for online entrance test course only)
• Standard X marks card for proof of date of birth
• Marks card of 10+2
• Conduct and Character certificate- to be obtained on the School/College letterhead
• Transfer certificate or School/College Leaving certificate issued by the School/ College
• Four recent and identical passport-size photographs and one stamp-size photograph
• Diploma marks card and Diploma certificate from the Board/University (for Lateral
• Entry - B.Tech applicants only
• Notary affidavit of Anti-ragging declaration from both candidate and guardian 

Postgraduate Programmes

• E-Hall ticket (for online entrance test courses only)
• Degree certificate or Provisional pass certificate issued by the Board/University
• Marks cards of qualifying examination (all semesters/years)
• Conduct and Character certificate to be obtained on the College letterhead/pad

Students must note that colour photocopies of the original marks or card in lieu of the original marks cards or original marks cards that are laminated will not be accepted by the University. 

Note:

The photocopies must be taken on A4 size paper only

• The print should be clear, legible and readable
• Both sides should be photocopied if the original marks card is printed on both sides
• Application number must be mentioned at the top right corner of all the photocopies
