MET 2026 Application Form (OUT): Registration Portal, Check Steps to Apply, Documents Required, Fee Payment

Before commencing the MET 2026 registration process, the candidates are advised to keep some important documents and information ready. This will allow the candidates to smoothly fill out and submit the MET application form before the final date. The following documents and information should be kept ready before filling out the application form.

• Personal details such as date of birth, category, email address, and mobile number.
• Academic details such as the qualifying exam hall ticket number and obtained scores, etc.
• Payment details such as net banking, credit card, debit card information, etc.
• Preferred courses and test centres
• Scanned photograph and signature.

MET 2026 application form is now available online. The given steps can be followed by the candidates to fill out and submit the application form of MET 2026. 

Step 1 - Registration: In the first step, the candidates will have to go to the official website and click on the registration link. To be registered, the candidates will have to fill out their basic details, i.e., their valid email ID and phone number. A password also has to be created for future login. 

Step 2 - Filling out the application form: After registration, the candidates will have to fill out their personal, academic and contact information in the MET application form 2026. All of the details have to be as per the documents of the candidates. Some of the important details required in the form are the candidate's name, gender, date of birth, parents' names, address, etc. 

Step 3 - Selection of course: Next, the candidates will have to select their preferred programmes and courses in order of preference. Along with the courses, the candidates will also have to select their preferred exam centre from the given list.

Step 4 - Rechecking of information: Candidates are advised to recheck their submitted details and make corrections, if necessary. After this step, the candidates will not be able to make any corrections.

Step 5 - Fee payment: Next, the MET 2026 application fee has to be paid online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card/PayTM/UPI. No other mode of payment will be accepted. 

Step 6 - Uploading of documents: After the fee is paid, the candidates will have to upload their passport-size photograph and signature as per the official specifications. If the specifications are not met, the documents will not be uploaded in the online form.

Step 7 - Submission of application form: Finally, the candidates will have to submit the filled-out application form before the final date. No applications will be accepted after the final date by the authorities.

MET 2026 application fee has to be paid by the candidates to complete the process. The mode of fee payment is online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card/mobile payment/PayTM/UPI. The authorities will not accept any other mode of payment. In case the candidates are unable to make their payment before the final date, they are not allowed to attempt the exam.
