No, CBSE does not issue the hard copy of the CTET admit card to any candidate. You have to download the admit card from the official website of the exam. It is advisable that candidates should take multiple printouts of the CTET admit card for future reference. In case of any discrepancy in the admit card or difficulty in downloading it, candidates should contact the CTET Unit immediately.

In such a case, you can download and take a printout of the CTET admit card again from a nearby cyber cafe. Yes, CTET exam is held on a single day. The exam is held in two shifts on each day. The first shift (9:30 AM-12 Noon) is conducted for CTET Paper 1, and the second shift (2:30-5:00 PM) for CTET Paper 2. In January 2021 and 2022, the CTET exam was not conducted on a single day. The CTET exam was held on multiple days and in multiple shifts as the exam was held online as Computer Based Test (CBT). Before that until 2020, the CTET exam was conducted on a single day in two shifts. 

No, there is no need to get the CTET admit card attested. Candidates need to bring the non-attested printout of the CTET admit card to the examination centres. Candidates need to report at the CTET exam centre at 7:30 am for first shift and at 12:30 pm for second shift, that is, 120 minutes before the commencement of the exam.

Candidates can attempt the CTET mock test by visiting the Shiksha.com website. The CTET mock tests are available for free here. The CTET mock test cannot be downloaded, however, can be attempted online. The Shiksha-curated mock tests are available separately for Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates can practice these mock tests without any difficulty.

CTET exam is of 2 hours 30 minutes duration for each paper. The CTET exam is conducted in two shifts on each exam date. The CTET Shift 1 starts from 9:30 am to 12 noon and Shift 2 is from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The examination is conducted online in the computer-based test (CBT) mode in each shift. Candidates need to be present for the complete shift.
