Candidates need to obtain the RPF SI qualifying marks to clear the exam. Besides the cut off set by the RRBs, candidates need to score the following minimum qualifying marks:

RPF SI cut off 2025 was released on March 3, 2025 by RRBs. The RPF SI cut off marks were released category-wise and region-wise. Candidates who secured equal to or more than the cut off marks have been selected for the PET/ PMT round of selection.
