What is RPF SI exam pattern?

RPF SI exam pattern is such that it comprises CBT 1, PET/PMT, Document Verification and Medical Exam. The CBT comprises three sections. The standard of questions is of graduation-level. Each question carries one mark and there is also negative marks. Candidates are required to obtain 35 per cent marks (30 per cent marks by SC and ST candidates) to qualify the CBT. Questions in the test are asked from General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. The test carries a total of 120 marks. PET is qualifying in nature and candidates are given different tasks.

How to Prepare for RPF SI?

RPF SI 2024 Exam Pattern

Before proceeding towards good books, candidates need to understand the exam pattern. RPF SI comprises Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Document Verification. The CBT of RPF SI is divided into three sections: General Awareness, Arithmetic and General Intelligence & Reasoning. The CBT will comprise a total 120 questions of 1 mark each. The duration of the test is 90 minutes. The qualifying marks for CBT is 35 per cent and 30 per cent for SC and ST.
