Yes, Pune University offers a two-year MA programme across more than 40 specialisations to the students at PG level in the field of Arts. Yes, Parul University Vadodara is considered to be on a moderately expensive side for most courses. While the lowest fee for a degree course stands at INR 32,000 (for MLib.Sc), the highest fee is INR 30.4 lakh (for BAMS) indicating a big difference in the fee range. Being a private university, the fee for various courses can be a little high. But students can apply for scholarships/ financial assistance which could reduce the fee to an extent, making courses somewhat affordable.  Further, students get global exposure, experience top-class infra & curriculum. The overall highest package was INR 60 LPA. Based on these parameters, the fees seems justifiable. 

The university offers UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate courses in online mode. These are available in various streams, such as Management, Commerce, Finance, etc. Admission to all the courses is merit-based. Candidates can apply for the desired courses by filling out the online application form.

For specific courses students can check admission notices or the state common entrance test like MHT CET portals for cutoffs. 

For Admission to Punjab University's regular UG and PG courses including, MBA, BA, MA, BTech, etc., its mandate for candidates to appear for course wise entrance exam. However, the University does offers certain Diploma courses where you can enroll via merit based on 12th class. 

Dr BR Ambedkar University, Kashemere Gate admission 2025 for MA course is merit-based. To apply for admission at the university students need to meet the last educational qualifications. The candidate have to complete graduation with 50% aggregate. Students can check the points mentioned below for more clarity:
