
KEAM 2026 Dates: CEE has released KEAM 2026 exam dates. The KEAM 2026 exam date is April 13 to 25, with April 13, 16, 24 and 25 being buffer days. KEAM 2026 registration has closed. However, CEE has reopened the fee payment window for the registered candidates. The candidates who have applied for KEAM 2026, but were not able to complete the fee payment, can now do so on pr before February 25.
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations conducts the Kerala state-level entrance exam - KEAM, for UG engineering and pharmacy admission. Under KEAM, there is a KEAM entrance test and a KEAM centralised counselling process (CAP). For the UG engineering course and pharmacy course admission, candidates have to register for KEAM, appear for the KEAM CBT test and then appear for CAP counselling for admission.

KEAM Exam Date 2026
The KEAM entrance exam is held in Kerala, Mumbai, New Delhi and Dubai as per the schedule released by CEE. The online CBT entrance test has questions from Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. There will be one paper in the exam, and the engineering aspirants have to attempt the Maths, Physics, and Chemistry sections of the paper, while the BPharm aspirants have to attempt the Physics and Chemistry sections of the paper.
KEAM includes an entrance exam for undergraduate (UG) engineering and pharmacy admissions, as well as a centralised admission process (CAP) for UG medical, agriculture, forestry, veterinary, fisheries, and architecture courses. Candidates aspiring for BTech and BPharm programs must take the KEAM entrance exam, while other candidates can directly participate in KEAM counselling (CAP) after registering for KEAM. Candidates will be admitted to various Kerala colleges approved by the Central and State Regulatory Bodies, Universities and Government via KEAM.

KEAM Dates 2026: Pre-Exam Events
KEAM 2026 application dates: CEE Kerala releases KEAM 2026 application form in online mode only. Candidates must submit application form within given timelines. KEAM application process includes registration on official website, filling online form, uploading documents and payment of application fee. Only the registered candidates will be issued the KEAM admit card to appear in the KEAM 2026.
Candidates should provide their own mobile number or parent’s mobile number at the time of online registration. After successful registration, candidates get a system-generated KEAM application number. Write down the Application number and remember the password for future to view results of examinations, exercise option registration, get allotment memos etc.
KEAM 2026 hall ticket downloading date: The hall ticket of KEAM 2026 is issued to all registered candidates in online mode. Candidates can download the KEAM hall ticket 2026 till the exam day. However, candidates must take one or more printouts of the hall ticket for future reference. The admit card of KEAM 2026 is one of the most important documents, without which candidates will not be able to appear in KEAM exam. Candidates must take a printout of the KEAM hall ticket, preferably in colour and bring the same to the exam venue along with the original valid ID proof.

The KEAM admit card will be available until the day of the exam. KEAM hall ticket is made available online only at the official website for the registered candidates. To download the KEAM admit card , candidates have to enter their KEAM application number and password. KEAM admit card includes details like the candidate's name, father's name, exam date, exam time, test centre address etc. Before downloading the KEAM hall ticket , candidates are advised to crosscheck all the details mentioned on it. The admit card of KEAM is one of the most important documents without which candidates will not be able to appear in KEAM . Besides being used on exam day, KEAM admit card will be required during the exam counselling process as well.

CEE Kerala KEAM 2026 Dates: Post Exam Events
KEAM 2026 answer key dates: CEE will release the KEAM answer key 2026 online at cee.kerala.gov.in after the exam ends. The candidates will be able to check the shift and day wise KEAM answer key PDFs along with the official KEAM 2026 question paper PDFs. Initially, the provisional KEAM 2026 answer keys will be released, which will be open to challenges from the candidates. The KEAM answer keys will have the correct answers to all the questions asked in the KEAM 2026 exam. After the challenges are received, they are scrutinised and a final KEAM answer key is released. Based on the answers in the KEAM final answer key, the KEAM 2026 result is prepared.
KEAM 2026 result date: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) will release the KEAM result 2026 at cee.kerala.gov.in. CEE will first release the KEAM 2026 scores of the candidates. Thereafter, CEE will ask the candidates who qualify the exam to submit the plus two marks. The KEAM 2026 engineering rank list will then be published by giving 50:50 weightage to KEAM scores and plus two marks.
KEAM counselling 2026 dates: CEE will release the KEAM counselling 2026 details after the KEAM rank lists are released. KEAM counselling - centralised admission process (CAP) is conducted in various rounds. The detailed schedule for each round of KEAM CAP counselling 2026 will be notified via separate notifications on the official website - cee.kerala.gov.in.
The candidates become eligible for KEAM 2026 counselling if their names appear in the KEAM rank list 2026 for Engineering / Architecture / BPPharm / Medical & Medical Allied / Ayurveda courses admissions. The KEAM 2026 counselling is held online only, but the spot counselling round is held offline. Candidates who do not have access to Internet facilities can use the facility provided free of cost by the Government at various centres across the state. ‘Facilitation Centres’ (FC) will be opened across the state during a specified period for the candidates who need assistance registering their options.

The KEAM 2026 final answer key release date will be announced by CEE. Candidates can submit challenges against the KEAM answer key 2026, if any, through the Candidate Portal. By selecting the applicable links 'Answer Key Challenge (Engineering), Answer Key Challenge (Pharmacy)' in the Candidate Portal, candidates can enter the details of the complaints in the answer key/question.
CEE will release KEAM 2026 normalised scores on or before May 10, 2026. CEE Kerala publishes the results on the official website. CEE Kerala also publishes the rank list of KEAM after entering class 12 marks by qualified candidates. The KEAM 2026 rank will be out on or before June 20.
The KEAM result can be checked by using their application number and password. Based on KEAM scores and qualifying exam scores, the KEAM rank list is prepared. The rank lists PDF for Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharma, MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BSMS / BUMS / Agriculture / Forestry / Veterinary / Co-operation & Banking / Climate Change & Environmental Science / B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU) / Fisheries and B.A. MS will be published separately as a PDF in the coming days. The KEAM exam has moved on to the online CBT mode from 2024 onwards. The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations has received approval from the government of Kerala to conduct KEAM in CBT mode. KEAM exam pattern has been changed, and KEAM 2026 will be held in computer-based test mode, and there will be one paper.
As per the revised KEAM exam pattern, the KEAM engineering exam will be held for a duration of 180 minutes, and the BPharm paper will be held for a duration of 90 minutes. There is no paper 1 or paper 2 in KEAM anymore. As per the revised KEAM exam pattern to be followed from 2024 onwards, KEAM will not have two papers anymore. There will be one paper. The KEAM engineering candidates have to attempt a total of 150 questions. Mathematics will have 75 questions, Physics will have 45 questions and Chemistry will have 30 questions to be answered in 180 minutes. For KEAM BPharm ONLY candidates, the Entrance Examination will have a total of 75 questions; 45 questions in Physics and 30 questions in Chemistry to be answered in 90 minutes. For each correct response, candidates will be awarded FOUR marks, and for each incorrect response, ONE mark will be deducted.
The KEAM 2026 engineering paper will have a total of 150 questions. Mathematics will have 75 questions, Physics will have 45 questions, and Chemistry will have 30 questions to be answered in 180 minutes. For KEAM 2026 BPharm ONLY candidates, the Entrance Examination will have a total of 75 questions; 45 questions in Physics and 30 questions in Chemistry to be answered in 90 minutes.

The KEAM 2026 application form correction window dates will be announced. The form correction window opens for correction in the name, photo and signature. Candidates who submit online applications for KEAM-2026 can correct their Photo, Signature and Name online at the KEAM 2026 official website by logging in using their KEAM Application Number and Password. Those candidates who have any defects in their Photo and Signature can view the defects by clicking the menu item Memo details provided on the profile page.
