  • Read each question very carefully before coming to a conclusion
  • Find out different premises and conclusions that are been set out in the passage
  • Do follow the instructions given in the question carefully
  • Determine if there is an overall background, point, or conclusion to the given passage
  • In case, you are asked to tell what exactly a statement from a passage implies, then you should first imply its meaning explicitly, and then only you should try to determine whether it can mean something else, without stating it explicitly
  • Some passages will have more than one point of view or argument. Try to identify and separate these so that you can know what is the main conclusion or if there is actually any main conclusion in the passage

Tips to Crack AILET 2026 Logical Reasoning Section

Check out some of the useful tips for the preparation of the AILET Logical Reasoning section below:

  • Actively read the question as you are doing your thinking. Try to comprehend the challenging passages when you read an exam topic and quiz yourself on the passage. Before you come up with a solution, be sure you comprehend the issue.
  • Make a list of approaches to answering logical reasoning questions about shapes, sizes, and numbers, among other things. This will assist you in taking a more methodical approach to the logical reasoning component of the AILET 2026.
  • Do not get confused by the complexity of the passage/question. There might be a lot of data inside the question that has been incorporated to confuse you. Do not panic and try to focus on the question and the aspect on which it is based.
  • Apart from that, also practice AILET 2026 sample papers and AILET Mock Tests 2026, both online and offline.
  • While practicing, time yourself for each question and make sure you do not take any external help. Thereafter, analyse your answer and try to determine what is right and what is not. Ask yourself questions such as ‘Am I able to pull out the principle and break it down?’, “Am I able to understand the facts and situations in the passage easily?”
  • Try not to assume anything and consider only the information that has been given passage/question.
