
AILET Centres 2027: National Law University (NLU) Delhi releases list of AILET 2027 exam centres along with official notification. AILET exam will be held on December 13, 2026 in offline (pen-and-paper) mode at around 37 centres across India. The registration is going on and while filling out application form, candidates have to choose up to three preferred AILET 2027 exam cities in order of preference.
Final allotment of AILET 2027 centre will depend on candidate's preferences and availability of seats at each location. If exam centre receives very few applications and is cancelled by NLU Delhi, candidates may be allotted one of their alternate choices. Candidates will get details about exam centre on their AILET admit card 2027. In last session, university also updated list of AILET test cities from previous year, as exam was not conducted in four cities Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), Kota, Shimla and Siliguri AILET is conducted for admission to NLU Delhi's BA LLB and LLM programmes.

In case number of candidates at any test city is less than 100, exam centre will not be created in that city. They will be allotted a test city as per their 2nd/3rd preferences.

Candidates must read AILET exam day instructions mentioned on their admit card. Check important guidelines provided below.
- Candidates should report to their allotted test centre at least an hour before exam time.
- They have to carry at least one photo ID proof along with their admit card. Photo ID can be PAN Card, Aadhaar Card or other relevant document.
- They should also carry their own pens and one HB pencil for filling OMR answer sheet. It has to be ballpoint pen in black or blue colour.

No, candidates were not allowed to appear for the examination without a valid photo ID. Candidates were advised to keep the following three things ready with them, a day before the examination; a valid photo ID proof, AILET admit card, and a recent passport-sized photograph. These were the mandatory documents to be produced during entry to the AILET exam centre. The valid photo identity card which would be allowed at the AILET 2027 exam centre include Aadhaar card/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter Id. The admit card should also have the passport and postcard-sized photographs pasted on it.
On the day of the exam, candidates must carry the following documents and items to the AILET centre:
- It is a mandatory document to be carried to the test centre; candidates must carry their admit card as issued to them. Candidates without a valid admit card on the day of the exam will not be allowed to take it.
