Overview

The Rajasthan University will publish the RULET Result 2026 online. The RULET Entrance Exam Date 2026 has not been announced yet. All important details about the exam will be released in the official notification. RULET Exam will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates who will clear the exam will then be called for RULET Counselling 2026.

Candidates must check the scorecard and details mentioned on it, like candidate name, application number, roll number, total marks, section-wise marks and category rank. Candidates must retain the RULET Scorecard 2026 carefully until the admission process is over. Read further to get all details on the RULET Result 2026.

How to Check RULET 2026 Result?

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to check their qualifying status in the RULET entrance exam 2026

  1. Visit uniraj.ac.in 
  2. Click on the Result link available on the left panel of the page
  3. Click on the RULET result link 
  4. On the login page, enter your roll number
  5. Click on the Show Result button
  6. The result page will appear on the screen, mentioning details of scores obtained in each section, overall scores, and rank as per the category

Candidates can download the result cum rank card and get printouts to be used at the time of the admission process.

Q:   What to do after RULET 2026 result is out?
A: 

The qualified candidates in RULET 2026 have to appear for GD/PI. The RULET Group Discussion and Personal Interviews (GD/PI) are subsequent rounds after the release of the RULET result. Only those candidates who clear the RULET written exam will be eligible for the GD/PI. To participate in these rounds, they will have to fill out an online application form by visiting the website of the University of Rajasthan, uniraj.ac.in. 

Q:   Where can I check the RULET exam result?

You can check your RULET exam result on the official website of the University of Rajasthan. UniRaj is the conducting body of the Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test (RULET). Another  entrance exam conducted by the University of Rajasthan is URATPG. URATPG stands for University of Rajasthan Admission Test for Postgraduate Courses. It's an entrance exam conducted by the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India, for admission to various postgraduate programmes offered by the university. Candidates need to note that if you want to enrol in the LLM course offered by UniRaj, you will have to apply for URATPG. Admission to other PG courses are also provided through this exam. 

Q:   Is the level of RULET similar like CLAT level?
A: 

The level of exams obviously differs as the participating universities are different. CLAT is a national level exam where the participating universities are all National Law universities, but same is not the case with RULET.

What after RULET 2026 Result?

Once the result is announced, a GD/PI schedule will be released, roll number-wise, on the official portal. No entry will be allowed 30 minutes after the reporting time at the GD/PI venue. Candidates must bring these documents on the day of GD/PI:

  1. Hard Copy of RULET Application Form
  2. Photocopy of qualifying exam (10+2) and Caste/Category Certificate
  3. ID Proof - Original and Photocopy
  4. RULET Admit Card
  5. 02 Passport Size Coloured Photograph

RULET 2026 Counselling

The course-wise final merit/rank list will be displayed online on the official website. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list for admission have to deposit the admission fee through a Demand Draft in the favour of “Registrar, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Online Receipt Account."

To confirm the seat, the applicants will have to submit their original documents along with fees. The applicant who fails to produce the original documents and the required fee by the last date and time will not be allotted any admission.

The mimimum qualifying marks for the RULET 2026 is announced in the notification. It will be announced after the release of the result. For each category, the cutoff will be different.

Q:   Is there any fee concession available for PH category candidates in the RULET admission process?
A: 

Yes, candidates belonging to the PH category, Women, Candidates whose parents are non-taxpayers and belong to OBC, MBC, SC, ST, EWS, wards of Martyr, ward of Defence personnel are exempted from paying the tuition fees. The university will conduct at least three rounds of admission to fill all the vacant seats at the Five-Year Law College, Jaipur. The number of counselling rounds will be the same for candidates belonging to both reserved and unreserved categories.

Q:   How many photocopies of category certificate do I need to submit at the counselling venue of RULET?
A: 

The RULET counselling is being conducted in the offline mode.  During the counselling process, candidates need to submit photocopies of their ID proofs, academic certificates and marksheets, category certificates and other required documents. All the candidates claiming admission under a reserved category has to submit one relevant certificate supporting their claim. It should be duly signed by the competent authority of the category.

Q:   What is asked in RULET GD and PI?
A: 
RULET Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test) GD (Group Discussion) and PI Personal Interview are conducted as part of the selection process for admission to the five-year integrated law programme offered by the University of Rajasthan. In the GD candidates are divided into groups and given a topic to discuss among themselves. The purpose of the GD is to evaluate the candidate's ability to communicate effectively, work in a team, and present their thoughts clearly and logically. In the PI candidates are individually interviewed by a panel of experts. The purpose of the PI is to evaluate the candidate's personality, communication skills, knowledge, and overall suitability for the programme. The topics for the GD can vary and may cover Current Affairs social issues, legal topics, etc. The questions asked in the PI can also vary, but typically cover the candidate's motivation for pursuing law, their understanding of legal concepts, their problem-solving skills, and their career aspirations.
