The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2026 is scheduled to be held on December 14, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4.00 pm. Before the exam, candidates must check the AILET 2026 exam pattern and syllabus for BA LLB and LLM for AILET 2026.
As per the AILET 2026 syllabus for the BA LLB paper, 150 questions will be based on English Comprehension, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, and Logical Reasoning. Moreover, the sectional weightage for AILET UG will be divided in the given three sections and will be a total of 150 marks. Candidates appearing for AILET 2026 now need to focus on these three sections. Therefore, they must not miss out on important topics from the AILET 2026 syllabus for the upcoming exam in the remaining time.
Note: NLU Delhi does not share specific topics of the AILET exam syllabus, the topics mentioned for each subject have been analysed from the AILET previous year question papers.

The AILET 2026 exam will be conducted on December 14, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

No changes have been made in AILET yet, and it will be the same as last year syllabus. The major changes were made in AILET 2022 BA LLB and LLM syllabus only. For instance, the BA LLB question paper will now have only THREE sections (instead of five). The weightage of the three sections has also changed. In the case of LLM, the modified syllabus will have questions from two sections. Also, the tie-breaker procedure has been updated.
