IBSAT 2022 Exam Guidelines

ICFAI Business School has begun the online proctored examination for IBSAT 2022. Candidates who have registred for the exam must appear for the AI proctored examination as per the guidelines issued by the authorities. IBSAT 2022 exam is being conducted in a two days window on December 24 and December 25, 2022.

IBSAT Exam Day Guidelines 2022

  • IBSAT exam is being conducted in a remote-proctored examination.
  • Test takers must have the IBSAT admit card as it is a mandatory document to be shown to the camera. Candidates will not be permitted to appear for the exam without the IBSAT 2022 admit card.
  • IBSAT exam can be taken from any device such as tablet/laptop/mobile. However, candidates are advised to avoid the use of mobile and keep the device charged for atleast two hours.
  • Produce any of the proof of photo identity documents to the camera:
    • Passport
    • Driving License
    • Photo Credit card
    • Photo ID card
  • Have a continuous internet connectivity to avoid any mishap during the examination.
  • For smooth conduct of the exam:
    • Sit in a closed room with enough light for camera. Avoid sitting against or near the light and window.
    • Position oneself in such a way that camera captures the face properly.
    • make sure there is no noise around, other Artificual Intelligence will detect and warn about the same.
    • sit near the wifi router if using a Wi-fi router for examination.
    • Keep an additional phone to contact the helpline in case required
  • Candidates must login 10 minutes before the exam timing.
  • Login 10 minutes from the commencement of the examination will not be permitted.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to keep any reference material, paper or study materials while taking the exam. If found, applicant will not be allowed to continue the test and the answers will not be scored.
  • Applicants will not be permitted to keep any other personal items other than identification documents. Candidates must not have the following items- cell phones, PDAs, Blackberry devices, analog/digital watches, calculator or any other elelctronic or photographic devices.
  • Test takers will be auto proctored by Artificial Intelligent enabled Proctors. Any unfair action will be captured and will lead to disqualification.
  • There will be no scheduled or unscheduled breaks.
  • Maximum allowed logins are five.
  • Candidates must sit for the examination for entire two hours.

No, there are no subjective-type questions in IBSAT question paper. IBSAT exam is held in remote proctored mode. The question paper includes 140 multiple choice questions which have to be attempted in 120 minutes.

No, IBSAT syllabus does not change every year. The IBSAT syllabus is similar to CAT and NMAT exam syllabus. The IBSAT exam is comparatively easy in difficulty level compared to NMAT and CAT.
